The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. The staff at this condo were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay.

1. The directions to the unit did not mention that Oyustay is on the 2nd floor of the MStay Place. When giving directions to Oyustay, include that “Oyustay is on the 2nd Floor of MStay Place.” The lack of this information confused us. 2. Place rubber mats in the bathroom (near the toilet bowl and inside the shower area) because, when wet, the tiles are slippery and may cause accidents.

The unit was exceptionally clean, very-very thoughtfully prepared, with the white paint and big tiles creating a truly positive and pleasant ambiance. We appreciated the following very much, as the unit was thoughtfully curated: 1. Extension cord 2. Power outlets/sockets in all corners 3. Living amenities (sink, utensils, refrigerator, cooking stove, cups and glasses, water dispenser, kettle, washing machine, TV, air conditioning unit, dining table and chairs, vacuum cleaner) 4. Comfortable beds, clean pillows and linen 5. Good and bright ceiling lights 6. Balcony 7. Spacious and clean restroom (hot and cold shower, bidet, laundry basket, towel steel bar, big sink, power outlet, hair dryer, cabinet with mirror, ledge, solid floor tiles, shower gel & shampoo, organizer that held the shower and the shampoos) 8. Lots of wardrobe cabinets 9. Indoor slippers (good for 4) 10. Complete toiletries (clean towels, dental kits, tissue) 11. Allowed PETS!!! 💖💖💖 12. Trash bins 13. Self check-in (modern door with PIN) 14. Accommodating Staff (concierge and housekeeping) 15. Broom and dustpan!!!💖💖💖 16. Ice trays in the freezer!

Towels, should be replaced to new ones. Wifi speed could be better. Power outage happened at night. Washing machine was out of order. TV - no Netflix just YouTube. The host was going to provide when I requested, but was delayed in answering my messages. Never got to use the account at all during our 3 days, and 2 nights stay. Host could be more prompt in answering messages. Bed headboards should be cleaned Night light should be warm and not bright white, since all lights are so bright already. Small moths in the bathroom. You could easily hear noise outside the hallway and where the pool area is. All that said, I'd still come back and book another stay when we visit Pampanga again.

Loved the location, with a 24 hour korean supermarket and 7-11 convenience store, and other restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel. It kinda felt like we were in Korea, because of the korean community that lives around the area. Even signages were in korean. I loved that we could go straight to our room without having to check-in. Digital lock was nice so no need for keys or card. The room was clean overall, with a kitchen, and drinking water in a water dispenser. A lot of storage for clothes and other things. Many hangers too! Hot and cold water in all faucets! Cold ac! Accommodating host, who answered my questions!

The aircon did not work properly at first. But help came immediately & found that the electric outlet was loose. The guy had to get a ladder to fix it in place.

Convenient location with restaurants around and a grocery shop at the ground floor. Fast wifi. Spacious room with basic kitchen facilities. Came with a big water dispenser. We saved up cost on bottled water.

The security guard who questioned us about not having sticker on the car after the fourth day we were at the place. The ants in the room, the smell from the sink since there is no disposal on the sink-it smelled bad. Also, runs out of parking space-u have to park on the dirt! No light available on the dirt parking!

Good and clean, our only concern was the odor when we came in .. We expected it to smell good but we were a little bit disappointed that it's not. I hope that they provide a deodorizer or even spray some air freshener before the guest arrives.. Thank you

No 24 hour reception. All instructions on kitchen appliances and equipment within the room were in Korean! Shower screen not wide enough to stop water from spraying out of shower and no bathmat provided. Somewhat isolated.

Room was new, very clean and tidy. Air conditioning working perfectly. Beds were firm and very comfortable and had clean white linen. Disposable slippers, towels and toiletries provided. Kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils and small appliances. Supermarket downstairs.
