Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rain water dripped from the ceiling while we were sleeping so the bed was wet.
It's near the beach.

Our shower drain was clogged. It was quite inconvenience. However they let our group take a shower on the next room. There are not enough outlet to charge so they provided us extension cord. Only 2 outlet working and we are 8 pax in the room.
Staffs are friendly and always there when we need something. They are attentive and proactive.

Signages needs improvement from highway to the turning point as Waze is bad at direction when the internet is slow.
Good for its price rate. Location is quite far from highway. Beach is just nearby.

No hot shower for 2/3 rooms with low water pressure. No garbage can in the rooms. They had a dog on a short leach tied in the back every morning (unnecessary since all other dogs roam free) it barked forever because it couldn't go anywhere. The "diner" was closed for most of the time (they opened it for us on the last day which was nice). Wifi in the room farther down the 1st floor had 0 wifi/data connection. From the reviews, I somewhat knew what to expect.
The staff is what made this place a lot better. Very helpful and polite, even carried our bags up for us. Beds were really comfortable. The deluxe room had a great view on the balcony of the sunset. Towels were the best towels we've had so far. They had a hot/cold water dispenser in the hallways of each floor, it was great for noodles and drinking water. Location is really close to beach with parking available. We didn't mind our stay since it could have been worse, but there's definitely not much choice around especially going with bookings.

Small maintenance items were lacking. No towel bar... just the mounts where one used to be. No mirror over the sink... just he mounts where one used to be. The small A/C struggled to cool the room after an afternoon of direct sunlight. Shower water pressure was low and water didn't flow to the drain.
The location was near, not on, the beach. But it was a short and pleasant walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Electricity and in-room internet were good.

Just Don’t! It’s really disappointing overall staying in this place but we have no choice at the moment because it’s already paid. There’s a lot that we don’t like in the property to enumerate some basing on our experience. - Customer service doesn’t exist. The phone number listed on booking.com. doesn’t answer the phone. We tried calling the number because we were having trouble finding the place but no one answers. - The room doesn’t look as the one advertised. The place is not clean. Cockroaches, Mosquitoes and lots of Ants. No trash bin inside, rusted sink and on some utilities. - No toiletries like tissues - No kitchen utensils -the floor was still wet the moment we stepped inside the unit indicating that they have just mopped the place -blankets were so small, in contrast to the size of the bed which was double -no available mirror inside the unit -wifi was fluctuating

Nothing, nothing, I was happy to leave.Neglected, smelly, dirty, windy place. There is no hot water in the shower, the sink leaks water and wets the floor. The guests cook in the stairwell and the whole place stinks in the morning. Do not recommend guests to visit the place. The pictures that appear in Bocain do not correspond to the reality of the place. Which is true, the place is close to a beautiful beach.
I didn't order a long breakfast because the kitchen is smelly and musty. Not worthy of visitors. A terrible and terrible place. in a gentle description.

The location in Google map is wrong, we got lost. The door knob of our room was broken. Table cloths are given as blankets. The big room for 7 pax only have 1 power socket available. The building and rooms are old.

We left the accommodation after two hours. Dirty, not maintained, no water, nobody seemed to be caring about this hotel. What a pity to waste the opportunity to have a hotel in such a beautiful place like Saud Beach.
Nothing even if it is close to the beach. Work in progress everywhere outside the hotel. Stocking of building materials and great mess.

no management at all. Our room has broken door knob, not functional. no trashbin no blankets only throw blankets no water heater. lavatory broken with flooding in the bathroom. 1windows broken that doesn’t close. dusty rooms like windows with cobwebs. bathroom are unsanitary
