There is no clear signage of the INN. The cab driver was not very familiar of the place, it took us a while to find the small un marked alley to the Inn. Also, it was petty that the shower room was large but dirty due to the rotten leaves from the trees and party rotten wood(?) frame falling inside the shower room.It would be wonderful to have the common courtyard to be covered.

I like that there is a common kitchen though we discovered it on our last day. Free hot water we can access all day. It SERVED US VERY MUCH . During our stay was the start of heavy rain season and we have seniors and young kids with us. The hot water station helped in having a warm shower. Within walking distance along the road are bakery, laundry, stores, grills and few restaurants. Mall is short tricycle ride which was our saviour during typhoon, river cruise was cancelled so we watched movie and killed our time inside the mall. I like that they have big fridge in the room.Staffs are friendly and helpful.

It needs a lot of manteinance, the property and rooms are really run-down.

The staff was amazing, when I asked them if I could change the room bc mine was a bit dirty and had cockroaches, they agreed and accommodated me.

- the bathroom was basically on the balcony to the garden (but all the holes were covered with mosquito nets, so it was not a problem) - it had a fridge, but the plug in the wall was different type as the plug of the fride, so it was not possible to use it :D

It can be a bit noisy, so earplugs definitely help. Some mosquitos in the room due to holes in the bathroom / windows that don't fully close. The sink could use an upgrade.

Very friendly staff, basic but spacious room and pretty clean. Free drinking water plus coffee and tea in the morning! 👍 We were able to leave our bags by the reception after checkout, which was great.

Water was constantly dripping from the air conditioner. A plastic bucket had to be put under it. There were winged ants in the room, we had to ask for an insecticide. The kitchen was not equipped, there were no dishes at all. The shower is an external room attached to the room. There was no soap, toilet paper was provided on request. I do not know why this accomodation has a good rating.

There’s a kitchen are with only a fridge. No plates, utensils or even a cup available. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, I had to go ask the reception. The shower area wasn’t clean either.

The entrance to the inn was dark and there was a road construction at that time so it was muddy. The shower area was huge but it wasn’t squeaky clean as I hoped it would be. But it also wasn’t dirty, disgusting level. I’d rate it 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. The bedding and sheets are clean though.

It was pretty decent and unexpectedly huge for 2 people.

Walking distance to some good restaurants but away from the noisy Main Street. I slept really well here (unless you want to stay in bed after 6. staff starts to work early and you will hear them, which was fine for me) the bed is also comfortable.

I arrived late at night and nobody was waiting for me , so it was a really bad experience because they didn't answer the emails i sent nor answered my calls. And i didn't know what to expect in my arrival. It was also really hard to explain to the tricycle driver the location... I later on understood that it was RedDoorz fault and that palajuanders is not the same as RedDoorz but even though it made the experience bad. The drop off in the morning made it up a bit. And the lady was so nice to me and apologized

The palajuanders staff were nice , the room was clean and they dropped me in the bus/van terminal early in the morning
