Limited food stalls nearby, and they are expensive compared to the restaurants in the center. We have to walk around 15 minutes farther to get to the center.

I sooo love this place as it was just in front of the beach! Like when I open my sliding door, I am very few steps in the beach already with a stunning sunrise view and sea breeze that I love!!

The place is beachfront and peaceful. The room itself is spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. Staff were all friendly and courteous. Beddings and toiletries were above expectations.

We loved our stay here! It's was right on the beach. We loved that we were away from the hustle and bustle of the white beach and would recommend anyone who enjoys a quieter place to come back to after a busy day to stay here. The room was clean and welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. You are about a 15 minute walk to the other side of the island so still close to enjoy all white beach has to offer. But you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and a slower pace.

The ground level room was really comfortable and only a few steps from the beach. We really enjoyed staying on this side of Boracay, it was more peaceful than staying on the white beach side, but still only a 10 minute walk away. The staff were lovely and happy to make up your room on request. We would stay here again.

Humidity from the bathroom goes into the room, sticks to the ceiling and drips down. But if you close the bathroom door and turn on the fan and leave it, you're fine. But if you're having a shower in the evening, it means the fan is running. It's not too noisy but it adds up. Also, they could work on insulating the terrace doors more. The noise from the wind is something you get used to, but in the morning, people starting making noise and it does interrupt sleep.

If you are a kiteboarder and/or just want to be on the quieter side of Boracay, this is a fantastic stay option. Out of 6 hotels I've stayed in Boracay, Palassas is my favourite. Location right on the water of Bulabog (kitebeach) with its layed back vibe, but only 10 min walk to D'mall & white beach for hospitality/party. Absolutely exceptional service from both reception and security.

Couldn't really use the TV but it wasn't too big of a deal.

The big windows were awesome to watch the kite surfers. The staff was very helpful and supplied all that we asked for. When they cleaned, they did a great job. (We only needed to ask them to clean.) We loved to be on the quieter side of Boracay but be able to walk to the White Beach and D'Mall. Lots of great restaurants and activities close by. The beauty and the simplicity of the room was delightful.

We were really satisfied with the hotel. Placed just by the beach looking at kite surfers is a nice start to the day. But expect wind on this side of the island. But station 2 and D-Mall is just a 10 min walk away. The hotel is perfect for families and the rooms are very nice. We can really recommend this stay! And the staff went far and beyond to meet our needs.

Small balcony.

The peaceful surroundings and stunning ocean views made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. Stuff and local people were incredibly friendly.

Palassa was right on the beach, close to restaurants and shops, and also gave me all the info for shuttles and activities nearby. Rosie and staff were amazing to work with!

The best thing was the beach facing room. There is pantry facility available even though we dint use it. Staff were lovely.

Absolutely nothing

Everything about the property was top notch. The staff the rooms, the decor, the attention to details. The property was right on the beach. Everything you need was there. This was our best accommodation in the Philippines. I strongly strongly recommend this place

Not much

Palassa was right on the shore of Bulabog beach. It was quiet with floor to ceiling view of the shore. It was a 10 minute walk to the white beach through D'mall but I didn't mind as it was really peaceful in the evening. The place itself was really pretty, with well-thought out design touches. Really enjoyed my stay.:) Staff were accommodating, doggies on the property were really cute and friendly as well.
