They nickel and dime you, already paying 2800 for the room per night and then they are asking 200 more for an extra pillow, stuff like that is just dumb.

Disappointed it’s not 4 star. Old and slightly dilapidated but there was a lot of noise from tradies in different areas the reason we checked out early. Other hotels kept their beach clean of debris but ours made no effort while we were there.

There are no water activities available. Seaside is very dirty. Lots of garbage and dog poop. Pool was also dirty.

Our booking was overlooked, we did not get the room we reserved, but the room was good but downgraded. The free breakfast is for 2 people only regardless how many you say are to stay.

Near the beach, has its own swimming pool, good internet connection, comfortable beds. They also have their own bar. Very cheap hotel surrounded by expensive ones so this hotel is definitely a steal.

the resort needs updating/upgrade. Facilities are old and not so clean. the pool was dirty full of debris from the side of the pool. parking was limited. they have a parking lot but is located far from the resort and need to cross the street without safe crosswalk. advertised inflatable not available during our stay (one of the reasons we booked).

When I changed the time and they approved it, it said no additional payment would be needed. However, when I got to the hotel, they asked for 300 per hour for early check-in, which cost me 2100. It's not even worth staying here because the air conditioning is covered by the dresser and it's not cold in the room. The place is not clean and it's old. It's sad to say that this place is not worth staying at.

The room was not cleaned when I arrived. I can understand as some guesses really abused their stay. I was not looking for a 5* hotel so it was okay for me.

The staff, the service from a girl that I forgot the name, she quickly built a good friendship with my daughter😘. I was here on May 9 to 13, 2024. The room is big and the bed is good. The shower room was not bad. My wife and daughter could connect their phones to the WiFi in my room except me 😅, but the wifi in the bar was good enough as I had no issue working there. Thank you very much Palm three hotel and staff.

Bar TVs not working, couldn't watch football. Sinigang baboy didn't have Okra or Gabi or Onion or Pechay or Bok Choy or Sitaw. Probably a Maggi or Mama Sita sachet. Plumbing, hand basin water flow very slow, shower taps ancient and hot water took a long time. Aircon temperature too high, filters probably haven't been serviced. Only one coffee sachet first day, none second day, no tv programme in room, no room service menu, no safe operating instructions. Location on map on Booking.com website is north of Subic town, about 8km north of actual location. Possibly not the fault of the hotel but the noise from the hopeless karaoke singers in the beach cottages next door is unpleasant. This would be a regular event. Broken ladder into the swimming pool should be fixed as an emergency, not simply taped up, Telephone in the room was in the bottom drawer of the bedside chest of drawers.

The breakfast had very limited choice, ONLY AMERICAN BREAKFAST, It took almost an hour to serve but the view of the beach compensates while you wait.

The place is good for it's price.It's a little old but one thing I like about the place is the staff are very accommodating.

Their beach was filthy. The floating island which was a selling point had been down for months, needs replacing. Kids were overwhelmed it wasn't gone. They provide I'm sorry will do better. They've been saying this for months in people's reviews for the same issues. No resolve!!!
