We wish there were more bath towels & hand towels provided. At first, our TV remote didn't work properly, but the staff provided another one when we requested.

Location was great, overlooking Burnham Park. What I did not like was the soundproofing in the King Suite. There appeared to be an adjoining door so if you were a large family you could perhaps get the room next to you, this then brings sound issues. Not very private at all, we had some noisy young children which is Ok, we love kids and it was great to hear them happy however it really highlighted how much you could hear from next door.

I had booked a 3 night stay in a King Style suite and then circumstances changed and we ended up staying here 1 night before the 3 night booking in a smaller suite. First of all the smaller suite was brilliant and very comfortable. Ladies at reception were great, as they got us checked in smartly. The staff transferred all of our baggage to the next suite. The king suite was big, had a separate area which had table and chairs and a couch, away from the bedroom.

Poor wifi we were on the fourth floor and the wifi was slow and intermittent and kept logging you out of the connection. There seemed to be a local art exhibition about super hero’s in the reception area and the choice of supporting furniture whilst trying to be an eclectic mix it made it feel hot and miss on some of the floors.

Good location to burnham park, good location for jeepneys and other local transport, quick 20 minute walk to sm mall.

Difficult to park our van, entrance to garage and garage spaces very tight. WiFi is too slow; unable to properly work remotely so missed one day of work. The hotel should offer a faster WiFi for a fee to accommodate remote workers.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Paragon Hotel and Suites serves up a great breakfast, even though it's not a buffet. It's super close to Burnham Park, so it's perfect if you want to check out the sights. The rooms are really spacious and come with two toilets, which is super handy. Plus, there are tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores nearby!

The door of the room is old fashioned. You need to consciously lock it unlike other hotel doors which cannot be opened from the outside once you close it. Other hotels provide complimentary bottled water but Paragon Hotel doesn’t.

Centrally located. Very close to main attractions of Baguio. It is close to Burnham Park. It has a very good restaurant at the lobby — Fortune Restaurant, good food at reasonable prices. It is close to shops, cafes & restaurants. The room is spacious and bed was comfortable.

The first room we stayed in ( premier king) had an odd layout that made it feel very cramped and the bathroom has glass doors thar was only shielded by curtains, which didn’t block out the glass completely. We had to ask them to put more curtains as you could see into the bathroom. The bathroom also didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly and we had to ask them to clean it which they did promptly.

The rooms that have been remodeled seem to have an odd layout

I stopped in a few room types in the hotel. They all have pros and cons. The best ones tends to be the old style rooms.

The lights of the hotel turned off a total of 6 times in a span of 4 days. The breakfast, wasn't that great either, and it's only for 1 serving.

The location and the staff were very accommodating. Burnham was literally just around the corner and wifi was also decent. Lots of nice artworks and furniture around.

The blinds in the bathroom need to be properly maintained . The glass windows providing a view of the cathedral need regular cleaning.

The location of this hotel is great. Very close to Burnham Park and lots of places to eat nearby. The room is nice and spacious. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and assisted my mom as her knee started hurting. Overall great stay.
