The food menu was adequate, however I find it hard to believe that you only offer durian and other boutique ice creams, and no vanilla or chocolate. when travelling with children I just cannot understand why the chef wants to only offer just local davao flavour ice creams.

I think it was overpriced.

I like the cleanliness, proximity to the mall with covered walkway, staff were friendly and accommodating, drinking water is available for refill, early check-in when available.

There were no bath and hand towels in the room when I checked in (fresh towels were not yet delivered, according to housekeeping). Only a few staffs at the breakfast area; takes a while before plates are cleared.

Room is spacious. Breakfast was good, with a variety of food available. Location is perfect, it is just beside a mall.

The noise and contineous banging because of the repairs. The pillow is too soft. Not enough lightning in the rooms.

No mirror on the working table, I need to stand up and go towards the whole body size mirror besides the bathroom door just to put some make up and lights were so dimmed.

What I liked was they have an ironing board and a flat iron ready in our room. And accommodating staff.

There was on going construction nearby so some noise can be heard but it was not that disturbing. One of the bedside reading lamp does not work. Pajamas not allowed for the restaurant. Food choices is not as extravagant as I anticipated. Front desk not as prompt to answer calls. It takes more than 5 rings before they answer a call (on two occasions).

Good Customer Service. Approachable staff. Very Accessible. Connecting Bridge to the Mall makes transfer between buildings more convenient especially during rainy days. Life guard was off duty? but there was another staff looking out for swimming children.

The room is smelling like a damp towel, perhaps the carpet is not totally dried up from previous cleaning.

They listed that there is a Gymn with picture . It is nice to have gymn but unfortunately the gymn room used with others function. The gymn in the picture must be removed if wala namang Gymn talaga .

Though I stayed for 3 nights, on each day I explained to staff I did not need my room servicing. Yet the response did not match the promises in the literature in the room. At no point was I offered any drink voucher or an opportunity to have a contribution made on my behalf to a charity. It's all very well making these promises but how about following them up with action?

Lovely staff especially at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was superb, though a little smoked salmon would have been even better. The location was also very good next to the mall, so an easy landmark for Jeepney drivers to identify. The pool was excellent.

The noise from the renovations that seemed to be happening directly above our room. The small room and fact we got two small singe beds, rather than the large double bed I requested. We had to push these beds together, but still wasn’t much room for myself, my wife and two young sons.

Not far the the airport and we only stayed one night. Breakfast was ok. Even though not as many choices as I’ve experienced at Raddison Blu in Cebu. Which is far superior.
