I was expecting a smooth online work setup, but the internet speed was disappointingly slow. Also, the water availability in the bathroom was quite poor, which made the stay a bit inconvenient.

The location was great, and I appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. Also kudos to all the staff :)

We were asked to pay for a lost towel which was hanged on the drying rack provided outside the room...the most ridiculous part is how much they charged for the towel (which is if course already been used many times)... 1000php for an old towel... for a family that already paid 40k plus for the accommodation...

In general, no maintenance cleanliness in Siargao especially the streets and roads, its pity as too many foreigners. But I was happy with our accommodations.

Staff were phenomenal, love how courteous and reserve as Filipino's attitude. Location is great is quiet and can access the beachfront. We had breakfast only in there but quite nice and affordable.

Absolutely horrid AC units that are so loud it sounds like something is driving through the room. And due to Siargao power issues, they crash every few minutes and then when it starts up it makes an even worse sound. The way it’s laid out, it can be quite loud in the early morning with people in the common area. There was one staff member that had the volume on loud for their phone so you could hear every few minutes when they got a Facebook message. The wifi was basically never worked, so I wouldn’t even count wifi as a thing they offer. Expensive rooms and honestly you don’t get much for the price.

This spot in Siargao was a perfect little place if you are travelling with the intent to spend most of the day out of your room. Comfy bed. Nice enough bathroom. Friendly staff. Great restaurant out front.

The place was really nice, people are accommodating as well. I had problem on my first night. The ac unit was so loud that you can not even sleep. I requested to transfer me to another room. And they are very kind to do so. Will def book again here

Check in process not up to standard and no explanation of what facilities are available. Property does not look the same as per the pictures online - garden not maintained. Maintenance not done consistently, broken tap, light removed at bed with the wires sticking out. Housekeeping not following standard protocol of daily cleaning/ changing bedding and towels on the fourth day. Curtains not closing windows properly for privacy and too light to block out light from corridors/sun.

On our last day, there was a water interruption at the hotel and it’s so hassle that we had to go to other homestay to have a shower as we already have to go to the airport. Not sure what happened, but other hotels and home stays didn’t have water interruption.

The rooms are spacious and clean. And the location is very accesible to the beach and just walking distance to cloud 9
