It's just one of the best option for this price. It's not a 5 star hotel so flaws here and there but I would give 10 because it worth more than it's price.

Few things I can accept at this price. No need to mention

We loved this property, so comfortable, clean & modern! Was a lovely place to come home to after a long day out. People that run it are so attentive & friendly

Big room, good new facilities, very clean and overall super nice. It’s a few minutes from the main road but not directly on it which is nice so it’s a bit more calm. Really good for the price!

The roosters are really loud, bring earplugs unless you want to wake up at 4.30 am.

-bed is very comfortable -wifi works well -i needed the tv which was not working in the beginning but they fixed it for me so it was working -ac is good -terrace has drying lines to dry your towel/ clothes which was very handy -its 4 rooms upstairs and landlords live in downstairs. They are both very sweet and helpful. -room gets cleaned daily and towels changed also daily. Negatives: -roasters are very loud all night which makes it difficult to sleep :) -road to main road belongs to private party so doesnt get done by government. Its really disturbing to walk on stony road w flats/flip flops…

Renovated rooms with a lot of space for solo travelers.

Location is ok; seems to be in the middle of nowhere and walking can be a little "muddy"

Maybe a bigger sheet or duvet may have been helpful as it did get cold at night with the aircon

We only had a short over-night stay here, arrived after 10pm and left at 5am. Super friendly host, who helped us to get the luggage upstairs. Good wi-fi, clean bed linen and towels were all we needed. Overall its decent value for money.

No hot water in the shower and a shabby bathroom, which I heard were ok for Philippines

We did like the size of the room and bathroom, service of changing bath towels was provided everyday ,same as a cleaning service of our room . we had a little fridge in a room so we could keep our drinks and food in there .

We had a massive balcony in our apartment so it would be nice if we could have a chairs and coffee table to relax. Plus you can fit in there a dryer ( we had that kind of place on main balcony but it would be more convenient to have it in our apartment balcony side ) , there is no beach towels .everything is not a big deal , but it could be useful

Location is close to the city and Alona beach. Bed was comfortable. Staff were accommodating if you tell them what you need :)

No washing machine or laundry service available. It was not as new as we thought but still good. Road to the place can be muddy so keep this in mind.

Very quiet, cozy; about 5mins walk from Main Street of Alona beach; about 10mins walk to the beach; The host were so nice. Highly recommended.

The room is awesome clean, totally peaceful if you want away from busy alley of alona roads, water is strong, the owner is remarkably very supportive. I will definitely recommend and come back if given the chance again

No kettle for immediate coffee drink

Love this place! Clean, spacious, property seems fairly new and well managed. Had a great night sleep, the bed was very comfortable and seems to be in a quiet area, but still just a few min walk to the center. The owner/manager was also very kind and helpful. I would stay longer but unfortunately it was already fully booked.
