The room was clean and smelled really nice, well appreciated after hours of travel. They offer free coffee which was a plus for us coffee lovers. Rooms were fairly affordable and had complimentary breakfast which we also enjoyed with their coffee. Had to buy sole of the items displayed in front of the entrance, over all great experience with staff as well.

Front desk could not, or would not speak to me at all in English. My wife had to translate back to me what was said I had to go to internet to locate place to eat and market.breakfast was just ok.

It's not really a negative, but the place noted having no parking. But there was a lot across the street for the hotel with parking. We rolled the dice, hoping to find street parking. Finding the lot was a nice surprise.

As an American traveler, this place was amazing. Cold filtered water for the taking in the hallway. There was a floor divider in the bathroom that separated the shower from the toilet. With a shower curton, the floor around the toilet remained dry (the only place I found in 3 weeks with this. I am a large person. 6'6" 350lbs. Bed held up perfectly. Never felt uneasy moving or laying on the bed. Air conditioning in the room. And the price was perfect. Next time I visit, I will stay longer and explore the area. This was a 1 night stop traveling to Manila from Allen. Asked for breakfast at 7 am. They knocked on the door with the food at 6:58am. It was an amazing stay. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it.

One evening we had some family over for a visit and turned the loveseat around to create a better conversation area. Someone from reception got very upset about it and caused an issue. When we were done for the evening, we put everything back as it was so there was no harm done, but the attitude of the employee tainted our fun evening.

The room was bright and clean, and the staff were amazing. Always so accommodating.

The WiFi reception is halfway decent, as it is anywhere in Tagkawayan. The bathroom can do better with a few hooks with which to hang towels and clothes while showering. We could use small face towels instead of hand towels.

The quad room is very spacious, tastefully decorated and so family friendly, not to mention that the whole outfit is beautifully designed and well architected. I felt at home because my sisters and I were able to entertain our former classmates and friends in a great room, while maintaining our own bedrooms. We were also able to use the kitchen stove and sink with ease. There is a garden gazebo and picnic tables outside where we also entertained friends. There is a balcony on the second floor of the building, where we enjoyed watching the town fiesta's dance parades. The staff is polite, helpful and friendly. Our free breakfasts are delivered always on time. There is free coffee and purified water in the hallway. The laundry service is reasonably cheap and completed on the same day. The hostess Marilou is so gracious and welcoming.

It wasn't particularly accommodating for very young children, without cot's being available, but we made do. The breakfast was delivered to the room, it was simple but it worked and was delivered on time. on rating this properties 'safety' I have no knowledge of the local crime figures, however the array of signs saying how vehicles or items left were at your own risk, and the security office combined with the entrance reception with screens everywhere, did give an impression that the risk were more than just paranoia. Additionally the AC cooled small areas rather than the entire room, but it worked well enough.

I like the fact that there was a hotel with a good rating after many hours of travel and many more until the next one. This part of the world appears sparsely populated with very little other than a few small towns and fishing villages.

The location was not in the best of neighborhoods. The room we had only had one window which was blocked but went into the reception area. Was noisy at times.

Breakfast was included but if you want a HOT breakfast go for 4 am serving time, they offered to serve it between 4-8 am but at 8 am the food was already cold. A staff was staring at my mom while she was taking photos of the property so she was included since she didn't move. Toilet flush in room 7 was also broken so we had to manually flush the toilet using a pail.

Perfect stop since we travelled from matnog and were heading for cavite to get home but needed to stop. They had their own parking space enough for 6 cars. Staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and price was decent. Breakfast tasted okay.

Food was ok but could still use some improvement. It would be good if there are some snacks sold in the property especially if guests are coming in during off hours.

Everything went smoothly. Staff were very accommodating and even allowed me to see a few rooms before finally settling to the room that we booked.
