However, we're sincerely sorry for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We want to address the issues you mentioned. Firstly, the lack of cleanliness in the toilet upon your arrival and the interruption in water supply during your wife's shower. Both of these problems stem from the extreme heat affecting the water supply in Tagkawayan. Unfortunately, our main water provider has been severely impacted, leaving us with very limited water to distribute. To cope with this challenge, we do have a backup water tank, but it requires manual operation, which means we have to switch from our main source to the backup tank manually. Regarding the discoloration in the toilet, we want to clarify that it's a direct result of the poor water quality provided by our water supplier. We want to assure you that it's not due to neglect or any other reason on our part. We understand how frustrating these issues must have been for you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they caused during your stay. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we strive to improve our services and ensure a better experience for all our guests. We're actively exploring better solutions to prevent such occurrences in the future.
