It’s a bit noisy until midnight but, totally peaceful after midnight. Bit of confusion checking in, but it was taken care of quickly

Wide open grassy places right on the waterfront, with a bonus pagola overlooking it all. Central, good wifi Big room and bathroom. Air conditioner is old but works well and ceiling fan distributing it cool air around the room Rocking chair fits right in, this environment

The cottage is in a great location for all amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. It's located in its own very large garden right on the sea front. Inside the cottage is clean and spacious and has alll the cooking facilities you need. The owner Jun is a great guy very polite and helpful with anything that you need or want to know. His dog, Prince is like a giant Teddy bear and so friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book there again next time I visit siargao. Thank you for a great stay Jun and prince, see you again soon. Ian & MJ

Unfortunately the wifi did not work while we were here, because of an outage in the area. If you like to party, this is a nice place to stay, loud music from the neighbourhood until +- 12pm at night.

Amazing host, very friendly! Perfect place to stay for a night in General Luna. Little kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower and a seat outside :)

I think we were okay with the noise, but it must be a bad one for others. As this property is beside Siargao beach club. If you can sleep with the noise (not so much for us) then this is a good property.

Kuya Jun was very kind to extend assistance when needed. The room was clean, kitchen tools are complete. The whole place was fantastic. Beachfront property. Location was nice too. Near Kurvada, Halika Gelato, Bebie’s BBQ

very convenient, everything is near amidst of general luna. food, bars , souvenir shops and etc. a loving and cute dog named “kopiko” guarding the place all the time. the place is clean and spacious. You can also see the beach on the right side.

Aircon a little loud (it rattled) and you could hear the night club music until midnight (this could have been cause we stayed over a weekend period). Wifi wasn’t the greatest, worked well on the front veranda.

The room's AC needed a little bit of upgrade since it was a little bit noisy, but overall still provides good amount of cooling.

Their gazebo was perfect. Looking at the beach, sitting on the rocking chair with your loved one. The accommodation was also affordable. The person in charge was also amazing amd accommodating. Overall, it was great a great stay.

The bar next door is loud most evenings. Also the bed and sheets need replacing.

It’s right on the beach! It’s a spacious studio apt with hot showers and a porch to sit on.

The only issue was noise from the bar opposite the homestay. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

We had such a great stay here. It's location is perfect as it's near the top of Tourist Road. Loads of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped and the AC worked well. Lovely garden out the front which leads down to a beach.

- NIGHT NOISE ALERT: The house is right in front of a night beach club. This means that EVERY day of the week you will have strong noise from 9p to 12 (weekends until 1.30am). I was thinking of extending for 1more week but I didnt because of the noise. It felt like the speaker was inside my bathroom.

- If it wasnt for the noise, this would definitely be one of the best deals in Siargao. The room is spatious and has (almost) everything you need. Even fridge and kitchen. - Opposite to many rooms in Siargao, the bathroom is also spatious enough to be able to take a shower without leaving the rest of the room all wet. - Punz, the property manager, helped me in everything I needed. He was extremely helpful. - Location is super central, with even some eateries just in front.
