Close to alona, the staff is the best of this hotel

Old hotel , Room very small, full of mosquitoes, we have to buy repellent from ourselves, the street to reach the hotel from the main room is always flooded and damage

I like the location, accessability and the ambiance except for the reoccurane of electricity shortage amd they dont have back up power or generator.

The payment was increased to P 4087 but it was posted like P 3,600+. I was not informed ahead of time since it was booked early a year ago. We have a chat of the staff prior to stay and they didn't even mention the increased of payment. They don't have a hot shower. I paid same price in the other inss and they even offer hot shower

The position is very good, no breakfast no food, . In 5 days stay I have never had a cleaning room, outside on my balcony full of termites and table,chairs and floor full of wood dust, I asked to clean one day,after that they didn't care at all about it

A few minutes walk to the beach. Quiet area. A good alternative to the expensive hotels along Alona beach if you are staying only for a night or two. It's near stores and restaurants. The pool is clean and good for a dip after a hot day.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and I like the toilet very much. For the price you pay, you get to enjoy a pool which was nice.

The location was great, 10-15 mins to the beach and main road. The staff were very friendly. It had two swimming pools that we enjoyed a lot. One of them is under trees so it’s very convenient on very hot days. Also they offered good tours.

The first day we checked in, there were many little ants. They offered to clean the room every day or change the room. Also, the internet was quite slow. They didn’t clean the swimming pool often. The toilet flush was weak.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the main Panglao area and beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely pool area.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Bohol, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the location is convenient and the pool is just right, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the apartment was quite dirty. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition, with rusty pots and pans, and the kitchen countertop had broken tiles. The towels provided were sometimes dirty and stained, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the outside area was overly pebbled, making it uncomfortable to walk around. When I requested cleaning service, I was informed that they don’t clean after 4 PM. Unfortunately, due to our delayed flight, we arrived at 10 PM, and I felt it was too late to argue about it. On the second day, when cleaning was finally done, I found that even the bed sheets were missing, and I had to go to reception to request a blanket. Compounding the issues, the toilet was clogged and required a plunger to fix. The shower heater was also inconsistent; it worked for the first two days, then stopped for two days before functioning again. To top it all off, we experienced a blackout one night during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. While the place might be acceptable for locals, I don't believe it meets the standards expected by international tourists. Traveling with three young children, I expected a clean and livable environment, but unfortunately, this apartment did not meet those basic standards. I appreciate the affordable rate, but cleanliness and maintenance should never be compromised. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
