Area that needs improvement/To look into: 1. The room is visibly tidy however there was a smell near the sink and the CR that stings. 2. We had our room cleaned the second day, however, there was no tissue provided. 3. From the main highway, the steep road going down the inn is a not well cemented. 4. There was no wardrobe or even a hanger that we can hang our towels or wet clothes. 5. Lastly, on our last day, we were not able to have our free breakfast, since our van going back to the airport usually picks passengers from 6:30-7:00am. The receptionist only said that they serve their breakfast starting at 7am. We humbly ask if they could prepare it ahead of the pickup time. They said they can serve the meal by 6am however on the last day, the chef came late so we were not able to have our breakfast. The driver of the van even suggested if we could have our breakfast packed but the receptionist even asked us if we do have plastic/containers for the food. Next time, the inn could have adjusted to guests' requests.

It is good that it's within the town proper. We can easily buy food and anything we wanted to. The breakfast is good also.

There was a gap between the door and frame so we had nightly visits from mosquitoes which loved us! Bizarrely the shower controls are very high up in the bathroom wall so I, at 155cm, couldn’t reach them!

We are a group of 6, Room is enough to fit bags and bunk beds, not cozy. They don't have a free drinking water inside and our last day instead of relaxing they made a mistake and overbooked which forced us to move to a smaller room, they did give us the last day of accomodation for free for the inconvenience which I greatly appreciate.

Staff are approachable, always available when you need them and you can directly get Island hopping tours from them and choose whichever tour you will like also they provide accurate/cheaper prices compared to tours online. There's a van to pick you up in the morning from their Inn to the port, so it's very convenient. Free-breakfast with drinks of your choice from coffee or juice. They are near a good coffee shop and bar.

Breakfast was bare minimum.. and we had money stolen from our room. The owner of the Hostel was looking into it, but after my friend got a message saying one of his employees stole it, which was later deleted, with an explanation that it was a false confession, communication from him has been minimal.. he did not offer any compensation for the stolen money whatsoever.

It is very conveniently placed and the staff is nice. It’s really cheap, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

We stayed in room # 1 the WiFi is worst. We're not able to use the wifi for our entire stay. We only use mobile data as a hotspot and good thing data signal is good and was able to work. Air conditioner is noisy and need to turn off while working. Cockroach was able to get inside the room because there's a gap in between the door and floor. Need to advise reception that some things were broken.

The location is good as it's near the port, market and has a nice shower.the breakfast is quiete nice,the recptionist is very welcoming and accomodating.

Breakfast options were really not good for vegetarian. There was almost only meat options. No vegetables, no fruits.

The place provided an ala carte menu and also had drinks and sandwiches menu items displayed at their bar area. But NONE of these were available according to the staff. So don't expect to order any additional food from them. Also, coffee prices kept changing. One day it was 35php, the next it was 100. so really not sure what's going on. Note that this coffee is just instant coffee.

Place was clean and well-maintained. Room was spacious enough for us and beds and pillows were comfy. Aircon and hot shower functioned well. Tours offered via the hotel were good enough. The breakfast included was okay. Just note that all breakfast options are silog. Staff were kind enough to lend us plates for the food we brought. Wi-Fi was good and strong. Did not experience disconnections while we were there.

The only thing we didnt like was always calling for the staff if we needed to borrow utensils such as plates and spoons and letting them clean up after us since we have been used to self service abroad. Also, there were miscommunications with the breakfast menu. They should ensure that they offer only what is available to avoid disappointments.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. Jessa and Mikay made sure we have what we needed during our stay. Also, it had areas where we could chill and consume our food. There was an area where we could hang our clothes from swimming. Checkout time had been flexible. It is a good value for the money.

Many things were wrong. Bathroom sink drain and toilet were both leaking and door handle for bathroom also broken so I couldn’t use the bathroom and when I complained the owner yelled at me for complaining. He asked me to go to another hotel and that he would call the police.

The room is small, we can barely move around, and there isn’t much space inside. But it was clean and it was pretty reasonable for its price.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! What really stood out to us was it's fast and reliable internet connection since 3 of my companion is on a work from home setup and it did not disappoint😊 perfectly suited for our needs. But what made our stay truly special was the staff. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality and attentiveness were beyond our expectations, which is something we value most when staying in a hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in a group or looking for excellent service!
