The light switch in the comfort room is placed inside the shower, which feels a bit dangerous. The CR is also quite small, and there’s no 24/7 convenience store nearby.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the place was clean and peaceful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which made everything hassle-free.

The overall experience with this unit is commendable. The best part I loved aside from the accessibility to the mall and other places nearby is the idea of the COMFORT ROOMS privacy. There is privacy of the powder room, shower room, and toilet also to mentioned the amenities provided free of use. I strongly recommend this room and will surely come back in the future leisure.

Bathroom was small and cumbersome to get into. Shower door was difficult to slide and should be changed but imagine that was the standard when the unit was obtained.

Studio unit was nice and inviting. As soon as you walked in you could tell it was clean and fresh, very welcoming. I was very accommodating for sleeping.

Since we are both 6footer , it’s a little challenge entering the CR but we manage it and found a way around to get inside .

The caretaker did not respond to my messages despite texting several times on WhatsApp and text messages. It was the owner that responded instead. Would appreciate more responsive attitude in near future.

Very convenient location with 7 11 just next to the building. In front of the building is a shopping mall and provide eateries as well. Easy check-in/ check out experience. Easy access to public transport too. Will definitely stay again.

It’s a small thing but toilet paper was missing in the bathroom, so I just used the facial tissue paper available in the living room area.

The condo unit is complete with amenities. There’s free water and cookies, tea and coffee. Bed was really comfortable. And it has a nice view of the mountain of Cagayan de Oro. It’s also near a lot of establishments, banks, government offices, and the Limketkai Mall.
