The cable TV was not working properly due to some wiring issue as per cable provider. Though not really a biggie since we were out and about throughout the day. Plus the staff tried multiple ways to get the issue fixed and was very apologetic when it couldn't get fixed during our stay.

Very friendly staff. They are always very polite and helpful with any questions we've asked during our stay specially since it was our first time in Siargao.

I get takeout most of the time, so it was a little inconvenient to eat the food cold. I would recommend having one microwave so guests may at least reheat food.

Given that it was right on the main road, it was easier to get to pubs and restaurants! Above all, the entire time I was there, the apartment was clean!

Theyre always cleaning everyday making sure the property is clean. Theres also a balcony to hang out in, super nice if you just want to chill out. The property is close to really good restaurants, small stores, and the public beach. Everything was between 2-10 minutes distance walk which was nice . If you were to rent a car somewhere, Puyo has a parking area free to use, just have to ask the staff :) Staff was very helpful when it came to what we needed, and they were very friendly, easy to talk to. The Place itself has available service like Fazzio that you can rent out, or available cars for drop off at the airport, has different varieties of drinks to purchase if needed and it also has a party schedule if you like to party. All of these can be found by the front desk.

There was a problem with the motorcycle rental which ended up costing us ₱500 for a rescue. Motorcycle defect was due to ware and tear. Better properly inspect motorcycle before you accept the rental unit

One thing to be aware of: there’s some noise from nearby parties until midnight, when they end, but it’s quiet after that and I slept well. A fridge in the room would be a great addition. Highly recommend this place to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The room was very comfortable, with a good bed, supportive pillows, and a thick blanket. I also loved having a small private balcony to dry my clothes. They provide a hot water kettle and free coffee that’s actually good—plus, you can always ask for more than the usual two servings a day. There are water refill tanks available too. The place has a 24-hour reception. It’s perfectly located, just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants, so you’re never far from the action.

Its location is at the center of Gen Luna. You could just walk for nearby restos, cafes, bars, stores, shops, atm machine and etc. It's very accessible and convenient. It is cozy and quiet.

Great location near the amenities you need. Cute doggies too on the property. Staff very helpful in organising airport transfer, just choose an earlier time as they will pick up people along the way.
