We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

the staff was nice, the food was really delicious and good price, we had most of our meals there because was really good, location and price was also great. wifi was really fast.

CanadaThe bathrooms don't have fans so they're pretty moldy. Not a big deal and common for a budget stay in SE Asia. Walls are thin so bring earplugs. There's no parking but for 100 PHP you can park your bike overnight around the corner in a covered, guarded parking garage (20 meters from the hotel), cars will cost a little more.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Sheets were clean. Pillows and bedding were very comfy. Hot shower. Hot and cold water cooler. Plenty of free cups and mugs to use. Restaurant serves good food at great prices. The double decker sandwiches were also great as a packed lunch for Batad (you'll need the energy). Location is right in the middle of town, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc nearby. Covered patio at the restaurant so for us smokers, you've got a place to have a puff without exiting the building.

Hong KongStaff were amazing; welcoming and so helpful. Comfortable beds and decent bathrooms too. Was able to leave my big kit bag whilst I went on two day trek with just my small bag and also let me use a shower when I returned before my bus. Food very good and cooked fresh fir each person. Staff also made me sandwiches to go for lunch on more than one day. Amazing place to stay in Danaue.
