Love this Hotel . Paid almost 11 000 php for 2 rooms one night .decent price it has what we needed for a night .We travel a lot and this one in Tagaytay is nice.Swimming pool also . Checking -in was a suprised tho . It took longer than normal . First went to the reception to confirm our reservation . I thought that was it until he guided us to the screen thing to do another confirmation or i dunno what its for .It took longer until I asked if theres another way. He said yes you can just manually sign up to a piece of paper 🤣 For the rest everythings so nice ! Employess - well nothing beats Filipino employees ❤️ ! Theyre amazing ! Breakfast was ok too . We were with 5 people we had to ask few times for extra spoons fork table napkins because it was incomplete . Not a big problem.just saying.

We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent location and the staff which made our stay convenient and enjoyable. However, we did notice a few things in the room that affected comfort, especially with two little kids who enjoy playing on the floor: •The room felt quite humid. •The floor was dusty (walking barefoot quickly turned feet brown), and the balcony seemed neglected. •There was some visible mold in the bathroom. We understand that some of these issues may be due to the age of the building and not entirely within the cleaning staff’s control. Still, addressing humidity, improving floor cleanliness, and taking care of the mold would make the stay much more comfortable for families.

Breakfast can be better. Buffet style is preferred by Filipinos, so it was a dampener to just choose ala carte. And food was not too great.

The room did not have a phone. Good thing we were just at the ground floor a few steps from the Reception. The kettle was not working. The TV remote did not have batteries.

Location was great with 2 malls in walking distance. Our room (105) was at the ground floor with pool access (very nice if you feel like using the pool). Jen of the Front Desk was very helpful and did what she said she would. She made up for the lacking room facilities by acting quick to remedy the problems - no telephone (busted per Jen), the kettle was not working, the TV remote did not have batteries...

During our stay in March 2025, there was an issue of double payment (one at the hotel and one at Booking.com) which is still unresolved to date (May 2025). Initially, the hotel front office was responsive and they have provided me with a solution which I agreed to, but there was no action taken by the hotel after this communication. It has been two weeks since I last heard from them. I have been requesting them to send me updates about the matter but no one has contacted me since May 1st.

Hotel is fairly new and the location is very accessible. Price is just right and our stay at the hotel is always comfortable.

The doorknob and lock of our room was quite loose. It didn’t feel safe even if it’s closed. The bathroom is just too small. We couldn’t make use of the toilet and the sink at the same time. The shower didn’t immediately give hot water so I had to call reception. Unfortunately, the phone was also broken because the receptionist couldn’t understand me so my boyfriend had to go down to report the issues. The maintenance guy came quite quickly to fix these problems so we give credit to that. Some would say that the location is great because it is next to the mall but the other side of the hotel is next to the slums. We couldn’t sleep right away because the people living in that area were doing karaoke all night long. We wouldn’t stay longer than a night here but it’s okay for the discounted price.

Early check-in was possible so that’s always nice. Staff were very friendly. The hotel restaurant next to the lobby offers delicious food and generous servings. The bed was unexpectedly good and the room has nice compartments for our luggage. Pool was available but we didn’t have time to enjoy that. They were flexible bringing in outside food/deliveries in your room.
