How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewThis hotel has become our favourite place to stay, it got more amenities than most other places and a very much affordable rate, the staff is always very polite and helpful, the bed is really comfortable and the room is cozy, big screen with Netflix included, hot shower and even a fridge.. free coffee and water even utensils if u want to order some food.. I can go on and on
Only thing I can say that is is located at a narrow busy street but there is a private parking away from the busy street so your vehicle is safe, so that’s just a minor inconvenience that won’t alter my 10 score for this fabulous cosy hotel.

Verified reviewI like the unlimited freshly brewed coffee. Comfy beds and cold AC in our room 302.
They were renovating that time so we just have to cooperate. My hubby and our lawyer staying at room 301 were complaining that theirs wasn't that cold especially during the afternoon they even borrowed one of our fan to help the aircon. But still its not as cold as ours.

Verified reviewThe location is in downtown and near many commercial establishments like malls, convenience stores, cafes and even a hospital. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Free water as always because of the dispenser. Unlimited brewed coffee too. We also like the bathroom with very strong water flow.
We found it odd that there was a window positioned in the hallway. But this is forgiveable.

THERE IS NO PARKING. Instead they offered that their staff park my car in the properry owner's house 200 meters away. This is unacceptable esp we have a baby. I did not push trhough with tbe bookkng even if its paid already. Thats wasted money. Theyre kind and all, but llease declare this upfront.

The beds were really comfortable and lots of storage under bed for luggage. Also available in reception area free coffee and water. Remember to ask for kettle at reception

Prison cell due to the lack of windows outside blocked drain and no sense of day and night. Breakfast was also horrid
Dear Wayne, thank you for your review, which was naturally disappointing to read. We are so sorry that were were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. Tuguegarao is a heavily populated city and we are located in the centre, this limits the options of views. Our rooms of course do have windows with an adequate corridor and easy access to the outside. However, whilst the view is out of our control, we do try to compensate by providing well maintained modern functioning rooms, with excellent reviews about the style, quality of the linen, cleanliness and comfort of the room. We also provide free Netflix, unlimited coffee and water. This is a very competitive offering in Tuguegarao that most other accommodation establishments would charge for.
