Very well maintained, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable! Very friendly and helpfully staff. There are several sari sari stores and laundry-shops nearby for your convenience.

The building was being renovated and our room had no view, as we had hoped.

Breakfasts were good. Staff were very helpful. A cafe/restaurant nearby did great evening meals.

They were renovating that time so we just have to cooperate. My hubby and our lawyer staying at room 301 were complaining that theirs wasn't that cold especially during the afternoon they even borrowed one of our fan to help the aircon. But still its not as cold as ours.

I like the unlimited freshly brewed coffee. Comfy beds and cold AC in our room 302.

We found it odd that there was a window positioned in the hallway. But this is forgiveable.

The location is in downtown and near many commercial establishments like malls, convenience stores, cafes and even a hospital. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Free water as always because of the dispenser. Unlimited brewed coffee too. We also like the bathroom with very strong water flow.

The stairwells at night are only lit when the sensor detects your there

Netflix, great wifi and my child loved the rubik cube challange where you get a free breakfast if you can solve it. The beds were really comfortable and lots of storage under bed for luggage. Also available in reception area free coffee and water. Remember to ask for kettle at reception

I like a hot shower & strong pressure . The water could have been warmer and the pressure stronger .

Our team conducted a series of inspections at the PLDT sites in North Luzon. While travelling from Naguillian to Tuguegarao, I came across this hotel online. We were extremely grateful to find this hotel because it exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable, and this hotel made our stay remarkable and relaxing. I highly recommend it.

Rain shower was super good but can be tricky if you just wanted a shower. Breakfast serving an take some time.

The bed and linen were silky comfortable. It was a very good size and good to sleep. The small kitchen makes it possible to have some food on our own. The staff were always accommodating. During the day brownput, generator helped us to stand the day.

Just as other reviews have said, a very nice place, good wifi, netflix available, welcoming reception crew. Free coffee, iced tea, water in reception. Microwave and hot/cold water dispenser too plus a little seating area.

The shower pressure can be really spotty. At some point, I had just drops of water so I decided to take a shower in the morning instead of before bed. The water pressure was fine the next morning. You can hear people in the corridor if they are noisy. Also, the hot water was not turned on when we first arrived at the apartment. We had to turn it on ourselves (under the sink of the bathroom).

The owner was really nice and chatty. The staff was really helpful with booking a tricycle and taxi at the right price. We loved the bed that is on a higher level, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast is brought to your room and is tasty , but note that the staff can knock at your door much earlier than planned (6:45am instead of 7:30am in our case).

During our stay, the building was in the course of expansion. Probably because of that, sometimes there were issues with the running water.

I liked the most the way we were treated by the staff. Extremly polite and helpful, the personnel was always careful to provide logistic support for transportation, breakfast choices, etc. Although the area is very crowded during the day, we could rest during the day and night. The rooms are nice and clean, and every time for a room refresh, we got one. The residence construction ensures a good soundproofing. We weren't bothered by the other guests.

The superb security system, there are CCTVs everywhere. The room size is good enough for a solo or even 2 guests. The mini pantry. They provided cups, glasses, plates, cutlery inside the room. The unli coffee and tea Breakfast is served at your preferred time. The toilet and bath is squeaky clean. Fast internet and the Netflix :)

Location is okay, there is available transport once you get out from the hotel and breakfast is good too for a local from North Luzon, for travelers without transportation it is a good option.
