Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PhilippinesWhen I was told upon arrival that THERE WAS NO ROOM available, despite my receiving a confirmation. I was downgraded to a small econo room, which failed my expectations. No hot shower, toilet wasn't flushing well, foot rug at the bathroom doorstep was very dirty. Bed sheet had damaged spots.
The staff remained polite all throughout the time I was there.

United StatesRoom 302: the c/r right side door jamb is missing a long piece of tile exposing sharp/rough edges. When you turn on the shower most of the water runs out of the faucet. The room itself didn’t have any windows or opening, feels confined in a prison. You don’t have any idea how the outside weather looks like nor can you tell if it’s still daytime or nighttime. Even before 5:45 am everyday during my 5 nights of stay, employees were already shouting without any regards to guests that are still sleeping at that time of morning. The toilet did not have a seat. The 1st room I was given had water pooling under the a/c due to leaking/dripping condensation. I was given another room, so that’s positive. Having a tv in the room is a plus but then all the channels were snowy/fuzzy.
It was near the main road and various food places.

PhilippinesNo debit or credit card transaction in the hotel, with cockroach, poor supply of water, noisy workers at night as if there are no guests sleeping by making loud conversation and shutting of doors nearby. Surely not recommended for overnight stay for solo traveller but only suitable for short time escapades of lovers.
Only one room boy showed politeness by assisting me wiyh the remote control of TV. Cable tv is nice.

PhilippinesFor me to start, there is additonal payment when you arrive to the hotel and it is not mention from booking.com. I have book for 1,700+ only however when you arrive it will be 1,900+ inclunding a 1,000 pesos for deposit and it was not mention from their booking.com page. This is a way to force your customers to pay more instead on the original price when you book it. It is a false advertisement and it is disappointing. The room is not the cleaniest room though it is expected for its price but I never thought that I have it is beyond disappointing. First, the room is filthy, the soon I entered the room i’ve seen 3 german cockroach already on the headboard of the bed (disgusting), secondly, i’ve seen 2 bed bugs after i’ve lifted the room towel from the bed. Thirdly, aircondition leak stain on the wall. Fourth, TV channels doesn’t have good reception. Fifth, the bedsheet and pillow case doesn’t seem replaced with a new one since I can see hairs and existing stain. Sitxh, if you check the underneath of the bed there is a missing 4 or 5 tiles and guess what there is a lot of hair again! Seventh, the bathroom is NASTY, i mean literally, the sink and the shower head needs to be replaced, very RUSTY, toilet flush is weak you have to flush it twice to get everything absorbed and the shower control is messy the water goes all over the place. Eighth, the wall baseboard is no longer attach to the wall and german cockroachs are getting out and inside on the little holes of the wall baseboard. Ninth, the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, it has knob but it did not have the lock thing to attach on the wall how interesting of that and now I have to use the trash can to block the door. The good thing though, the heater is working on the bathroom and the staffs are nice to their guests. Will I recommend this or book again? NO, after the anxiety I have experience NO! For its price it is not justifiable. You run a hotel even though it is cheap at least make it CLEAN!!!
The staff were nice, professional, and helpful. I hope they’re treating right by the management.

Philippinesmy fiancé would’ve gave you 1 star. we checked in earlier and expecting couple hundreds but their hourly rate is 180-200/hour on top of my bookings.com reservation we ended up spending ₱1500 for just morning til night. with that amount we could’ve stayed in a nice hotel, we know because we travel and check-in frequently. then the bathroom was not even cleaned, the shower is not fully showering you, the sink was clogged we didn’t use it, the tv was not working and no remote on site, the room switches are confusing, they lack racks or place where you can hang your towels or clothes, & lastly the doorknob sa loose or damaged.
