The food of their restaurant was very pricey. The beds were too high, so be careful if you got young kids. The floor towel was not big enough as the floor was getting wet easily. Please BE MINDFUL of their strict policies ,when moving things around the room,always make sure everything comes back to its original place, such as bedside tables, mugs. Don’t lose their umbrella as they will charge you.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes to the beach, near to shops, pharmacy, restaurants. The receptionist called Perl was very accommodating, friendly and she genuinely cared about her guests. She managed to accommodate us all 4 families in the same floor after all the issues we encountered before getting to Boracay. The welcome drinks and my name on the tv screen were a nice touch. Staff was most of the time smiley and friendly. If you want to a tour guide for your activities( we did 4 island hopping and ATV motorbike, zipline,etc) pls ask the reception about JARREN, a very humble and kind guy who is very passionate about his job and will go above and beyond to look after you and make sure you enjoy all the activities.

Place accessible to where u want to go but it's quite far from shoreline need to walk for 15 mins or take a tricycle to the beach area. Staff should have a checklist when checking out before the customer leaves to prevent any inconvenience for both parties

Located close to D mall but far enough away from the noise. The pool was the biggest bonus, really nice and relaxing. Good amenities, however the AC unit was quite noisy so unable to leave it on overnight which made it difficult to sleep in the heat.

Food in the restaurant, too expensive for the quality and taste. No extra rags for bathroom to dry out the water splash from the shower and dry your feet.

Nothing much, although it could have been the perfect stay if they have given us two access cards. We were a room with 4 people, and sometime the other 2 from our group like to go out in the middle of the night. It would have been great not having only 1 access cards because it powers the whole room.

I guess it’s the small serving of their food in the resto. Don’t get me wrong, I really like their free breakfast buffet but we tried to dine in their resto for lunch on our first day, and we were disappointed because their serving is not reasonable. I feel like it’s pricey.

I like that the hotel allowed us to check in earlier. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00pm but we’re able to check in by 1:30pm. The hotel room is clean that we’re able to sleep comfortably.

The elevator didn’t work I was on the top floor what was a bit of a pain, the restaurant there is also incredibly expensive comparing it to all the other prices around the area.

The staff there was amazing! They was all so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, the shower was nice. Everything was great, when I go back I will stay again.

Just a suggestion. If the staff took the dirty glass and cups out of the room , they should replace it straight away to avoid drama on checking out. We check out very early in the morning, no reception . A caretaker checked our room before checking out and found out we were missing 1 cup. Despite our explanation that staff didn’t replaced it. He still kept insisting it will be charged on him. There should be a set rule of replacing them straight away. Also family room with balcony’s toilet should have a glass barrier a bit longer between the toilet and shower Every time we had a shower, water goes all the way to the toilet floor, give us more job to wipe it dry all the time. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The hot water didnt work, and the bath tub would of great but we didn't get to use it because there is no hot water, and the plug to drain the water wouldn't pop up.

It was great. We stayed in a villa, kitchen is equipped enough beds for all of us. Took us 8-10 mins walk to the beach because we have young children.

The air conditioner didn't work that great, the fridge didn't work to cool my food and drinks. It was loud at night, but my sound machine helped. They had construction going on, so be careful where you walk. I came up the stairs by the pool and slide cause they left broken tiles right at the top . The gentleman that did it helped me , everyone was really kind .

I was thankful it was close to DMall and the beach, just a short walk. Their restaurant was very nice and the pool , great temperature to cool off. The staff were all friendly and helpful
