United StatesThe towel racks are very high, especially for Filipinos/Filipinas. The breakfast could have contained more options for westerners. The room key card was very old and fragile. I tried to take care of it, but when I sat down with it in my pocket, it cracked. I agreed to pay for a damaged key when I signed in, but P500 seemed excessive for such an old key card.
The family room was large with plenty of room for the three of us. We stayed here once before in a standard king room which was very crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver, Keith, provided excellent service. The service personnel at breakfast were as good as ones we have experienced in high end hotels in Manila. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the restaurant was excellent.

Beautuful hotel about 10 minutes to Calbaylog airport. The rooftop restaurant is excellent. It is expensive in contrast to an equally top notch hotel just 500 feet away, however the rooms are larger.

United StatesThey gave our reserved room to somebody else and made a huge hassle, moving us to the smaller room because we had too many people. That's why we booked the large family room. Booking said they don't take cash and to use the card on file. When we got there they said they only take cash.
