Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesI'll never forget my disastrous 17-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill fast. The room was tiny, with a bed that creaked and groaned all night. The phone was practically useless, with a connection that was barely audible. After a long day of traveling, I called the front desk to request clean bedding. But they ignored me, forcing me to trek downstairs to ask them in person. What happened next was astonishing. When I complained about the dirty bedding, the receptionist asked the cleaning staff to change it. But then I overheard the cleaning staff complaining, claiming the hair on the bedding was mine! I was stunned. I had just arrived, and the hair was so short and clearly didn't belong to me. I tried to upgrade to a bigger room, but they refused, citing a strict policy. It felt like they were looking for ways to say no. The TV was dead, and the WiFi was slower than slow. But the worst part was the noise coming from the next room. But the final blow was finding a rat scurrying across my floor. I was horrified. And when I asked to switch rooms, the new room had dirty bedding too - with disgusting stains (semen) on the sheets. The bathroom leaked, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the staff seemed completely unbothered. Also, the room is so dim, it's hard to read. My husband was appalled when he arrived on the 13th day and we both felt like we were being ignored. I paid for my stay upfront, so I was stuck in this nightmare for 17 long nights. I hope the hotel takes a hard look at its cleaning, maintenance, and staff training. No one deserves to go through what I went through. I hope this hotel takes my complaints seriously and makes things right.
The male receptionist stood out for his warm and welcoming demeanor. I was also grateful to the front desk team for securely holding my parcel while I was busy studying for my licensure exam.

LaosVery dirty. Saw a big cockroach in the room. Trash bin was full after previous guests. Linen was stained. Smelly. Loud. Housekeeper cleaned the next room to mine at 3 am. Unbelievably small shower.
Friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi in the room.

ThailandThey offered me a miniature room with no windows and fungus smell... Even the idea that they might pull off a "scam" to offset me a different room then I booked... That's not OK. They should not need this kind of trickery. (Picture of small room included in this review)
First room i was offered was tiny, 7-8m2, including bathroom space... And smelled horribly to fungus. Airconditioning didn't clean up the smell, so i went to the counter and asked for a different room. That looked a lot more like the pictures ☺️ Also no strange smells :-) Bed was comfortabele enough, not sure why they have an extra matrass on the floor. Thin windows and a lot of noise from the LRT. Not their fault, bit good to know. About 5-10 minutes walk from 7-11 (400m) and Station.

PhilippinesThere were a group of young people (2 girls and 4 boys) who checked in at around 4am at 3c, and they were so loud until 530am. They were talking loudly, banging stuff in the room, banging the doors in and out of the door, opened the 3rd floor window and left it open, so all the more it got noisy. It woke us all up. We talked to the group twice, and the staff 3x. At the 3rd try with the guard, that was the only time they were asked to leave the property. Another thing, the internet was also problematic at several points of our stay, and there are no Globe and Gomo signals inside the room, except for when we go to room A near the window.
