We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe deposit - we had no difficulties to get it back but it's a fairly unpleasant process. This hotel is alright if you are transiting through Manila but we wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
24H/7 front desk. You get what you paid for - It's very basic, a lil bit depressive even but it's clean & cheap.

AustriaThe traffic around the hotel is crazy, just like the rest of manila. Its loud in the rooms and there are some homeless people near to the hotel (but thats everywhehre). If you have to get somwhere in time, especially to the airport, you have to catch a taxi early anoth, because of the high traffic.
Easy check-in, you also have everything you need in the room, but nothing spectacular. The staff was really great, the helped us a lot to get a taxi in the crazy traffic in rainy manila. There are also some restaurants, coffee shops and shops around the corner. The security at the entry was also very attentive and friendly, so you can feel safe the whole time.

1.first the cleanliness,fresh and really smells good the room, linens,towels, pillow,all new even the bed..💞 it's brand new.with free bottled water toilet,shower👍 -very clean. soundproof room..quiet/peaceful place and safe here.with smart t.v. speed internet..highly recommnded.👏.near lrt and restaurants.. even the hallways are very clean and bright, enjoyed a lot ..thats why i extended here for 1wk. 2.the staffs ,the manager,the frontdesk ,housekeepings and kuya guards very kind/nice and very helpful.. 💞👏..ill book here again nxtym.thanku red doorz/kaizen suites💞🤗..
