Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

JapanThe lady whom we first met was sullen, unsmiling, not accommodating. Maybe it's her personality but it's not good for business. She said the receptionist was on break when we arrived and asked us to wait. There was no elevator, no security guard or bellboy who could assist us in bringing our stuff to the third floor. It's best to check with them if their first floor rooms are available before booking with them if you don't like the hassle. The location is a bit away from the city which we didn't mind as we brought our motorcycle.
We got a huge and spacious room with kitchen sink (can't remember if there was a stove), refrigerator, dining table, and bedside table. It fits a group of 4-6 people. The door got double lock. It has 2 working windows too. The bathroom was big as well with functioning flush and shower. Plus points for the towel rack! Pro tip: Make sure to visit Iligan Night Market during weekends. They have the best lechon! 🤤

PhilippinesThe toilet assigned to me leaks so the floor is always wet. No rug was provided. The noise from the banging of the other rooms as well as loud voices of guests in the corridor can be heard. I was not provided soap.
It can be easily found in google map. The staff is friendly. Place is generally clean. Wifi is working. They have water bottle for refill outside the room. There is a small convenience store at the ground floor.

CanadaI didn’t like the fact that we had two rooms and the one room had a broken toilet seat, which I told them about on the first night and the second date night it wasn’t fixed the door had a quarter inch gap all the way down with deadbolt chain, you could see him in the room and see out of the room. When I booked it on Booking.com, it told me it was a black Friday special 50% off and that was a lie. I paid regular price for that room.
