Subject: Excellent Stay at Novotel aqua manila Dear novotel manila I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from aug 1 to aug 2. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the staff and owner very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and big and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. I particularly enjoyed the lake view, gym and swimming pool The hotel's location was also ideal for my needs, offering easy access to mall and restaurants]. The staff were consistently friendly. They were always willing to assist with any requests and contributed significantly to making my stay so enjoyable. For example giving water and new towels I would also like to commend the hotel on pool and gym was exceptional, and the owner give us lower price with a lot of offer, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The property is luxurious enough and comfortable. The river view is incomparable, I quite enjoyed it especially at 29th floor. The restaurant had good food, good service, and friendly staff. The gym was well equipped and clean for a hotel that size. It was a very short walk towards PowerPlant Mall. Overall, I highly recommend for folks to stay in this property.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended. ❤️

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their coffee and kitchen are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in manila and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere with the city view. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ariston. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in novotel. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The cleaner service was lovely and had a nice cooking area with complete kitchen things as well as. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors , as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.
