Staff were all friendly and helpful... place was spotless, location was very good, only a few minutes walk from Burnham Park

We arrived at the property 1.5 hours earlier and asked the receptionist if we could leave our baggage while we roam around which she allowed naman. What me and my husband noticed was that she didn't bother to greet us. We came back to the property at 4pm and again, she didn't bother to greet us. Like come on! Aren't you supposed to greet your customers? Kahit yung bababa kami sa lobby or dadaan kami hindi man lang bumabati which is nakaka sad as someone na dating nag work as front desk. We were always reminded back then to always greet the customers. Fast forward, our check out time came and again hindi man lang sya bumati. Ang sinabi lang nya need namin i-surrender ang susi, and that's it. NO THANK YOU FOR BOOKING WITH US. HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT STAY WITH US OR SIMPLE THANK YOU. NOTHING! But to be fair the cleaning ladies are friendly but the receptionist BIG NO, kulang na kulang sa customer service. We had travelled into different cities in the Philippines but ngayon lang kami naka encounter ng receptionist na hindi marunong mag greet. -clogged sink in the cr -no hot shower -no elevator

Good location, staff are corteous. Lahat ng requests namin pinagbibigyan as long as available.

Main bedroom in unit 1A has no windows and there’s mold in the bathroom wall. I checked other units and all seems good. Maybe because it’s located on the ground floor.

All the staffs were very helpful. The location was perfect. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I just didn't get the PWD and senior discounts coz I booked online. Next time , I'll book directly to enjoy discounts. Will recommend

The water supply was insufficient esp in the morning when everyone is rushing. one light bulb was flickering. Took me twice to report before action was taken

The staff was nice

A lot of mosquitoes and bugs. It is far away from burnham and other tourist places There’s no elevator, and there was this time where the drinking water was not refilled the whole day end up buying in the grocery

Big beds, location is good.

Not wheelchair accessible. Bathroom is clean except for the smell coming out from drainage.

Room was very spacious with good beds in the two bedrooms and a decent kitchen and large living room area good view from the good size terrace. quiet side street and very walkable area to restaurants and markets and Burnham Park. The staff are super nice and helpful. parking is off the street with good size spaces.

The shower wasn’t working properly. But they have provided pail and dipper so it worked out.

Spacious room with balcony. Courteous staff. Well equipped room. Secure parking.

Location was good. Right in the city center. Easy access to recommended resto. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The property could have screen doors and windows so that the cold weather of Baguio could easily enter the rooms and guests will enjoy the cold temperature as well as prevent mosquitoes from entering.

Some lights near the window are already dead.. the curtain bar is broken . They are minor issues.

Lots of sleeping space for everyone. Exceptional parking space. Water dispenser in lobby. Reception waited for my group to check in at 11pm.

I wish that instead of double deck bunk Beds they had twin singles. Regardless our group was OK
