The hotel is amazing and very clean. The room was big and spacious and equipped with everything we may need. The entire hotel has really good vibes and feels and looks very luxurious. Can highly recommend this place and will definitely book again in my next visits in and around Bacolod. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful, there is also a big car park which is free for all the guests, few restaurants and coffee/bars and a 7/11 just in front of the hotel next to the carpark entrance. The bathtub is separate from the shower which I also like a lot, there is also a swimming pool and multiple halls for any kind of events like weddings, company meetings and etc. Excellent value for the money

United StatesThe sound proofing could be better. my room was facing the main road and we could hear the noise of the traffic. The parking will fill up quick if they have a event, and its very tight parking lot and spaces. best to have a scooter.
Wife and I stayed there for 10 nights and we had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. And the parking for vehicle or scooter was available.

Free breakfast and the food was very good with a good selection that suits us westerners. The pool was warm and very clean with a nice outdoor area with nice seating outside the bar and also around the pool

United StatesAfter we checked in we were told we couldn't have dinner in the hotel because the two restaurants were fully booked. Kind of unusual to deny service to booked guests. So we got room service for our dinner. We then looked forward to the buffet breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast is on the sixth floor. The elevator only goes to the fifth floor with stairs to get up to the sixth. I'm partially disabled and can't do stairs. We checked out and went to McDonalds. Our room was sold as having a balcony. It did not. For some reason it has sliding glass doors in place of a window overlooking the pool area but no balcony. The pool area below us had loud music playing which could be clearly heard until 11pm, at which time my wife called the front desk and asked them to turn it off, which they did.
The room was clean.

We were originally booked a DLX Queen. But the Front desk upgraded us to a bigger room without addtl charge. Very good housekeeping staffs as well. They quickly brought in an extra bed for us as we have 2 kids staying.
