The bathroom was really not nice. The ceiling had holes in and was covered in mould. Dead insects (and live ones). Would not recommend to stay longer than a night. Hard to get anywhere from property either.

Nice to see locals hanging out at the beach. Price was affordable

- location is so far from any restaurant or shop - no bike rental available at accommodation which made things really difficult - very little communication with hosts, got handed keys and that was all. this could definitely be improved -bathroom was so disgusting! it smelt so bad. I doubt it had ever been cleaned - the aircon was so loud and makes it difficult/impossible to sleep - 300 pesos per person to get here from airport

The road into the property is very bumpy and could do with leveling. The room is very dated , but it was comfortable and for me the view and the whole ambience was worth the sacrifice for a posh room . My favourite place so far and , I've been here 7 weeks.😁❣️

The staff were so very helpful, they even took me to Dapa so I could rent a motorbike. The room is definitely not European /UK standard, but it was clean and comfortable, but we had an upstairs room , with a view to die for , stunning. Also the birds flying through the coconut trees is a real treat . Very quiet , secluded spot , and only 5 mins from dapper .

The property is excellent. The wifi is fast and is good for my remote work. The comfort and serenity it offers is top notch! Staff are very accommodating! The room itself is sooooo good! Highly recommended to book here. We will stay here again.

The beds need a mattress protector. And the sheets kept coming off the bed. And the a/c is loud. It would be helpful if there were some sun beds - Europeans (like me) love to sun bathe!

I liked the location next to the sea where you can swim. It feels quite a remote location, especially when the day trippers go home at the end of the day. There's a little shop (closing at 6pm) selling beer/water and a few snacks which is helpful.

Its not work friendly because of the internet both data and wifi are spotty not the hotels fault because they cannot control coverage specially theyre in a location where it is to be expected

If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect this from the noise of the party’s etc this is the place to be. Quiet, serene and you can definitely soul search here.

The email from the owner states that they could provide breakfast, upon arrival we ask the care taker about the matter we were informed that they do not serve breakfast considering the distance of the property from the main thorough fairs of the island they should provide breakfast. The staff is not accommodating

The location is good if your looking for peace away from the main destinations of the island if your for business or seminar I will not recommend.
