There was a 32-inch television in the room, displaying all available cable and movie channels. Approximately one hour after my arrival, the hotel experienced a 10-minute power outage, resulting in the loss of both cable television and Internet access. This interruption lasted for over 30 hours, leaving me with no option other than to purchase a 10-day data plan from my cell phone provider in the United States. Furthermore, there were no toiletries provided in the room. A dispenser for shampoo and body wash was present in the shower, but it was inoperative. I was required to visit the front desk to obtain basic toiletries. Notwithstanding these inconveniences, the hotel was modest in size yet quite pleasant; it was evident that considerable effort and money had been invested in its renovation. There are only 15 rooms in this establishment, which is located within a small strip mall, making it difficult to identify as a hotel until one enters through the main entrance. Parking is limited in front of the hotel to about six spaces. I was afraid to move my car because I would not know where to park if I Was not lucky enough to get a spot in front of the hotel

The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. you can buy a breakfast for about 300 pesos and it will come delivered to your room.

Charged us for dirty sheets for super minor dust/sand mark, which as a policy I have no issue on, but it was so minor I was very tempted just to go up and wipe the problem away. There is almost no view, and it's not the most exciting of places.

It's pretty modest and it's just a functional stop over point with small rooms, however ultimately we slept well. There really aren't that many hotels around this area, particularly going north further where it's limited to only apartments, so we didn't have much choice, but with that considered it was perfectly pleasant. Parking was right on the door step. Decent value for money, and generally it did the job.

The lock on the,door was,broken. The bathroom was,to small the,door,didn't open fully.

This hotel isvery new and clearly the owners,have put some thought into that. The staff are,professional and welcoming and friendly. I think the hotels,in this,area are ,overpriced but this,seems to be the market rate. The room is new ,the bed is very good ,the bathroom is to small and the doors don't open properly... but i would recommend this hotel because of its,location and newness..

I think there is a reason why the room windows are always closed . Also , I would suggest to bring mosquito repellant lotion as the room I stayed in I think, have mosquitoes living inside the air conditioning 😅 (Because when I turned the temperature up, I saw mosquitoes flying around , I think keeping the air cold would keep them out ) Overall, I love their service and their food is also great !

Apologies for the super late review . It was a last minute booking and I wasn't really expecting much . I find the place very convenient as the places I needed to go to are around -5-10 min distance ,including the bus station . Thanks to this place I was able to run my errands just for 1 full day, including my travel time.

Minimal. maybe they don’t have alternate entrance for those who just came from the beach, with all those wet & sandy slippers. But they accommodate us well.
