Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Papua New Guinea° Security guard and staff who checked us in appeared unpleasant - no smiles, greetings, or welcome when we arrived at the building. After enquiring at the counter, security just told us to call the number on the booking which we couldn't considering we didn't have WiFi, or a local number as we had come straight from the international airport at early hours of the morning. We then asked them if they could help us call the number which they reluctantly did. The staff who came out to take us up to the condo was also unpleasant. Looked like he just woke up from sleep although I had communicated to him our arrival time which he acknowledged and confirmed that we could check in early for 100 pesos per hour. ° We ended up paying 1,200 pesos for early check-in although we checked in only 7 hours early which should be only 700 pesos but we were tired and just wanted to have our rest before our next journey. Also we checked out early, not even stayed the night. So 1,200 pesos (although we didn't mind paying) in addition to the price we paid, was a rip off and showed dishonest dealing and communication. ° Communication was quite poor. Although I had asked several times if we could check-in early, the staff kept saying Subject to availability until I asked them to confirm so we can cancel and decide whether to look for another place to stay. That's when they replied saying 100 pesos per hour for early check-in but ended up charging us 500 pesos more.
The location was very ideal and close to the MOA and a quick drive to the NAIA. The pool facilities and building was amazing with a convenient store attached one of the Towers. The condo was small and suitable for our stay and purpose. It had a washing machine for laundry, a nice little kitchen with utensils although we didn't use it.

PhilippinesThe furnishings in the apartment were wore out. The bed mattress was definitely in need of replacement. No amenities were provided.
The location was great but lack of free parking was disappointing. The size of the apartment was bigger than the standard hotel room.

PhilippinesWe are not allowed to use the pool. The owner said it is closed that time but many people are swimming which clearly not allowing the guests to use the pool. We will only be there for a short time why not allowing us to enjoy the property. The facility was shown in the photos but there is no way you can use it so the offer is purely for sleeping purposes only.

IrelandWe arrived at nearly 5 pm a long trip to find out that the room was not ready. No notice whatsoever. My mom who is 75 years old was with us and the lady who was supposed to assist us wants us to go to another building while waiting for the room to be ready! Seriously???? 5 of us there and we stayed for a few days. they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and I had to ask a few times for something before you get it.
The location was the best. few minutes walk to the Mall of Asia. Not too far from the Airport. A lot of shops around and it is just in the same building. The Bank is just around the corner too. The view from the Balcony is the pool which is really nice.

United StatesI don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share our terrible experience. My family and I had a very unpleasant stay at this property and will absolutely not be returning. First, the room, while somewhat clean, had cockroaches, and the air conditioner was leaking, creating a hazardous and uncomfortable environment. To make matters worse, we booked two rooms through Booking.com, and it was never mentioned that we would be required to pay in cash. This was a surprise and highly unprofessional—especially since I expected the payment to be processed through my card as usual. The worst part of our stay was a slip and fall incident involving both my husband and me due to unsafe conditions on the property. My husband is still suffering from elbow pain, and despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, nothing was done. No medical assistance, no report filed, and not even an apology. We politely asked for a discount or some form of compensation, considering the many issues we faced, but were completely ignored. It’s incredibly disappointing and shows a total lack of responsibility or customer care. Given everything—from the health hazards to the lack of transparency and unsafe conditions—I strongly believe this property should be reviewed for removal from booking platforms. I’m also considering taking further action if no resolution is offered. Avoid this place at all costs.
The only good part here is that it’s near the mall of Asia. This the only good thing about this place.

AustraliaNo bathroom condiments - peeling tile cover in shower. Bathroom lighting was poor. I've stayed all over the world and never found a room as lacking in basics such as bathroom toiletries, coffee/tea and sugar in the kitchen. It was a very basic room at a higher price.
