We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesNot really a dislike, but I think a few upgrades would make the stay even better — perhaps thicker sheets, a bidet in the bathroom, and a Smart TV for added convenience.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my stay at Seaview Mansion in Dalaguete was such a pleasant surprise. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking, the room was spacious and spotless, and the food was delicious. The host was warm and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Overall, a solid 10/10 — I highly recommend it!

The perfect location to relax... slow down and get refreshed. The standard of Seaview Mansion is very high, well above the typical. Highly recommended. Great host and great staff

PhilippinesThe service, the pool was out of order, the toilet didn't flush without the use of the trash can fulled with water like living in the province. The stairs were dangerous, slippery with green moss and very dark at light, the entire place was not very well lite. I had no idea the number of stairs invoved every day to get from my room to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The office did not answer my phone calls nor my email messages. Overall below average, poor experience!

United Statesfar from a public beach. 20+ minutes via motorcycle ride. The air conditioner could not keep the room cool. there was no hot water for the first day of our visit. The shower drain was extremely slow and a white sludge or residue was visible. Had to wash feet separately after exiting the shower. The pool had a milky, hazy appearance. You could not see the bottom of the pool. The TV did not work the first day of our visit, the second day the TV worked but could not change channels, the remote control would not work.
had an excellent view of the seaside. the room was large. The staff was extremely helpful, they tried their best to overcome the issues that we experienced.
