Our suite was huge, with a fabulous view of the ocean. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied and again amazing staff. Front office were helpful and the spa which we did twice was heavenly. A really big thank you to Devine for making our trip memorable.

You will love this beachfront hotel. Excellent service, they worked with our group of friends to make up for the closed pool due to renovations. Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to El Nido!

Hotel Staff wasn't as friendly and welcoming as we have experienced at other Palawan resorts, that said they were professional and kind - so good overall, we have just been spoiled I guess at other places. In addition and unfortunately they didn't provide the transportation arrangements to our island hoping tour like they said they would and we had to scramble to find an alternative option to be sure we arrived to our tour on time.

Most liked the amenities the hotel offered, especially at the beach -- free use of paddle boards was a huge pleasant surprise! The location is great.. near a lot of the nearby restaurants and just a short walk away.

There was a foul smell in our bathroom, possibly a leak in the toilet? Also, the sheets felt damp and sandy all the time so it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was phenomenal - authentic Filipino food and so many varieties! I have never looked forward to breakfast until this place came along. The pool was great for my kids. The staff - absolutely amazing! Everuone was so nice and welcoming. We loved the lifeguard who created hats for my kids.

Everything was amazing. The only thing for me that wasn’t great was the noise in the corridor early morning and late evenings. The corridor makes echo and people would slam door around 12am or 5/6am.

The staff were extremely polite, respectful, genuinely helpful and wanting to provide the best experience for the guests. It didn’t feel like an “obligation” like other places I stayed during this trip. The property is stunning, all the amenities very well maintained, impeccable cleaning and the spa massage was just the best.
