PhilippinesMiso restaurant had very limitted choices for their buffet dinner. And then during breakfast there was a very long line outside waiting to be seated. The problem was there were tables available , however for example the table available was good for six , instead of just splitting the table into good for 3 persons each , they'd rather wait for groups of 5-6 and give the table. a Table for 4 , they were waiting for a group of 4-3 instead of just readily giving it to a couple. Poor service and judgement call on accomodating guests. Poor business practice.

breakfast buffet had a good selection; was looking forward to bacon since i had it in your other locations but this was not available a/c from where i was sitting was too strong - made our food that is already cold, even colder some of the food were dry/not cooked well rooms were clean and good size hot and cold water is working properly the drains in the shower room sink not working properly

United StatesMy wife and myself thought it was a bit chilly in the night time in February, a couple of heat lamps near the pool would be nice and some short of planned entertainment by the pool would be great The TV channels was something to be improved. However we loved that we can connect our laptop to the tv for entertainment at night time.
The exceptional cleaning and maintenance by personal is the new standard I look forward to any stay now. The location for the hotel is amazing, you can easily walk to the nearest mall and the breeze in the pool was great.

CanadaThe pools looked nice and clean but we didn’t get to use them . As usual the staff are always wonderful. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices . I tried the a la cart lunch menu and wanted a burger but the said it would take 20-30 mins to cook ? They should precook some burgers 50 percent sous vide and then keep in fridge and just grill off . Its just a suggestion but waiting 30 mins for a burger seems like a long time .
