Took too long for the hot water to get to the shower.

Everything was amazing at Seda. The staff were awesome and very helpful and remembered our drink every morning. The beds were comfortable and a good AC units in all the rooms.

The breakfast spread was the best I’ve had. There were so many options and the quality of food was high, even room service and cafe food. I tried the gym and it was pretty good. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the room was a good size. The staff was really nice too, and the location is at the centre of Makati so it’s close to everything,

The staff are all accommodating, They welcome you with smile. The location is perfect for the purpose of my travel, it is very close to the building where I need to attend the examination and there are a lot of restaurants where you can eat. Overall, I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel.

The room was upgraded thank you very much. The breakfast is great as usual, check in and out smooth and fast, staffs very polite and helpful. This is our favorite hotel to use when in Makati. A lot of places to eat in just in the same building and near vicinity. Malls are just minutes away from the hotel as well.

Absolutely nothing. I just wish we could have stayed longer and during a less hectic time for us, as we had many events planned during our stay.

This is our third or fourth stay at this property and it is always such a pleasure. But what I noticed this time around was that even the bellmen/porters were so polite and well-spoken but also empowered to do things like help us check if a room would be available earlier than originally planned. The bellman on our arrival saw that we had so much luggage and event paraphernalia and when we asked if we could leave them for safekeeping before check-in, he immediately said he would try to find out if we could secure a room earlier. We were able to come up to our room very quickly and this was such a blessing, as it gave us time to have a bite, freshen up and rest a bit before plunging into a series of planned events that afternoon/evening. For me, the true test of a company is when its staff feel empowered to make a spot assessment and take appropriate steps where needed. Seda Residences Makati, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! DON'T STOP! This is the kind of service that BUILDS LOYALTY. We will definitely see you again later this year, and for many years to come.

Staff need to be more attentive. The breakfast staff tend to chat more rather than look after guests. They were also very selective in who they looked after. The only person who was nice to me was the Chef, she was absolutely lovely.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. Pool was amazing and location is perfect.

LOVED everything about Seda Residences Makati, from their concierge, reception, food and beverage and housekeeping team, we could not ask for more. It exceeded our expectations, the staff always welcoming us with a smile and always ready to help us. So clean and always smelling fresh whenever we walk in the premises. Food was outstanding, we loved that there were varieties of cuisines to choose from their breakfast buffet. We will definitely stay here whenever we are back in the Philippines.

Lobby somewhat crowded. For some reason some taxi drivers have a hard time finding it although it’s in the heart of Manila.
