Unfortunately there was a power outage on my last day so I checked out early and left for Ormoc City as the resort had no generator.

The entrance is difficult to access due to the uneven road.

I was very pleased with the service. Sir Sol and the girl at the front desk (forgot to ask her name-on shift Apr 23 evening) was very accommodating with our questions and needs. They are the reason why we enjoyed our stay with Sergi's resort and hotel. The facility is also beach front and there are a lot of places you can take good photos.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. There were only two things we commented on in our stay, neither of which really bothered us - the track leading to the resort is very rough for the last 100 metres and the air conditioning unit was a little bit noisy (but it worked).

For me it was a perfect oasis in the middle of a busy trip, we spent 3 nights and it was very peaceful and relaxing. It was a simple place but very clean, friendly staff, delicious food and right on the beach which. It was also very good value.

Wifi was spotty, and prepaid. Vouchers had to be claimed at the office, which was a little inconvenient. They should have 2 separate wifis for guests in the hotel and guests of the resort.

The water in shower and sink. Like really bad water to shower in! They did not even have bottle water in the room. Had to buy water but kitchen wait staff kepts us in free water. Chef not always there.

The road from highway to the resort is not cemented, bit muddy during rainy days.

Location is beachside. Water pressure & wifi are good. They have beach resto where you can order.

They did have some very small ants walking around the room, but it's the Philippines and that's completely understandable.

The staff was so friendly. It is located right next to the ocean. The room was excellent. They did laundry service for me at an extremely affordable price. They have a full time kitchen staff that is extremely accommodating. I had the best time possible there. It's by far the most luxurious place on the island. I took so many pictures of just the hotel during my vacation. I loved it. Please use this review for advertising them.

I was lucky my girlfriend is local so we used her cousin and his motorpot( tuk tuk). He was always a phone call away. So if you are staying a few days or more find one of these guys with a phone and you are sorted. As i didnt see any taxis so that is an issue. But this is for local travel.only.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were amazing and very helpfull. The food is good and its right beside a beautiful.beach. Its also very quiet and the rooms are nice. If you want the room cleaned. Mosquito spray for the room fresh towels ask. They tend to respect your privacy so wont come until asked. But when you make any request it is dealt with quickly and with a smile. Il def. Be back...

I wish more recreational activities like kayaking.

I like mostly everything. The housekeepers are friendly and the food and drinks are very affordable. Chill and flawless check in. Peaceful ambiance and nice view.
