FranceWe truly enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La hotel in Boracay. Everything about the staff , the facilities, the service was great and enjoyable. The place is huge and everything can be done without ever going out on the island. the hotel also provides van transfer service, which allows to go visit the island and the town center very easily. Inside the resort, we felt very secured and everything was done for us to feel the most comfortable as possible the food was delicious, the breakfast is very rich and diverse to please every taste. The swimming pools are superb, with sea view to relax in the best environment.

PhilippinesBig place meaning you need a shuttle to navigate,which means waiting time sometimes. A few power outages and issue with the air cons,quickly fixed. Tuk tuk to go to the mall was overpriced and low room to negotiate. Nothing major.
Wonderful place. Lovely spacious rooms. Boat shuttle taking you straight from the port to the hotel. Food was excellent. Plenty of entertaining areas for both adults and kids, very convenient when it's raining. They keep the food warm until you get to your room when you ask for delivery and you are late. The staff is the key asset: accomodating as much as possible the clients, we were treated like kings and queens. Very nice place.

United KingdomNot a bad thing, but because the grounds are so big you need a map sometimes. The buggy service helps. Especially if you have dinner at the Tree House and are staying in the North Wing and need a lift back to nearer your room!
Location is the best on the island. Service was great from pick up at airport to drop off when we were leaving. We were only there for 2 nights, but wished we could’ve stayed longer. The rooms are big and spacious, we stayed as a family of 3 and even the simple touches of bathrobe and slippers for my child were thoughtful. We stayed during Chinese New Year, so got to enjoy the celebrations. The best Shangri-La hotel we’ve stayed at by far!
