The TV in the room was quite old, don't expect a smart TV with Netflix or YouTube.

Room service has a great variety of dishes and gets delivered in a varm cabinet, so the food is pretty much as it would have been if you were at the restaurant. There are multiple restaurants to choose from, the buffet restaurants have a wide range of dishes and the A La Carte restaurants offer great quality food. Around the pool and beach area, there are QR codes for ordering drinks and food, this makes it a lot easier and you can sign to the room in order to pay at checkout. The garden offers great walks where you see interesting plants and fruit trees.

Buying food inside the hotel is a little bit on the high side, but everything else—from the breakfast to the beach and the room—was excellent. It didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The beach was just a short walk away, clean, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience – we can’t wait to come back!

The check in and check out process was smooth. The service is at the excellent level. Everyone was so welcoming. There are variety of restaurants where you can have wonderful food. We tried out Italian restaurant. We loved it. The beach and pools are amazing. We felt that we are in Korea, because there are many Korean nationals. The gym is good and it has all necessary equipments. The breakfast was excellent. It meets all you dietary expectations. We loved our stay.

We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. They say the kids can stay for free. But in which beds? Why are no beds provided automatically when you book for kids? In an expensive hotel like this there should be beds for kids automatically. I even mailed to double check this before we arrived and then they say it will depend on the availability? Our kids are used to sleep in separate beds we cannot sleep with 4 people in 1 bed. Especially after mailing about this it should have been noted and reserved. There was a loud alarm really early in the morning that woke everyone but no one knows why. The Italian restaurant was not good at all, really not worth the price. Waiter didn't know what he was doing, wrong items being delivered, not a cosy environment and the food was not so good. The hall leading to the Italian restaurant is so cold, it is freezing. And it is so high, why wasting so much energy to freeze people... There is a kids club, but you have to pay additional. We paid already so much, this should be included. It is expensive in comparison with other hotels in the Philipines.

The breakfast was really good. The Kids love the blue water slide. The beach bar is good. The staff is really friendly like in all Phillipines. Even though the check out line was very long it went fast. Free games like pool table and mini golf.

Room 3004 (Ocean Wing) had a water leak in the washroom on our 2nd night in the ceiling but staff were quick and attended to the issue, was a busy time so we stayed same room, good we booked 2 rooms and other family members who stayed in room 3004 just used washroom in room 3003. They also gave us dinner voucher at Tides and we are grateful.

Variations of activities, huge and beautiful. Our Rooms are spacious/high ceiling and very quite, their soundproof we haf a good sleep - Ocean Wing, rooms 3003 and 3004, very clean, nice view. Also, my boys had an hr of swimming lesson with coach Albinl, he is very good and both enjoyed and learned a lot.

The bathroom was fine but it is odd in such a great hotel to still have to get into the bath to have a shower!

The hotel is great. We had a lovely room - very big with excellent sea views. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, there was pretty much anything you might like to eat. The beach was great. White sands, very clear seas and sun loungers always available. We enjoyed the choices of where to eat in the hotel and the quality of food was terrific. The gym was great with plenty of equipment and we were always able to get on the machines. I would recommend staying if you get the chance.

The bar is so quiet. No music. They should have events every weekend for the guest to entertain. Live bands or a beach party or even a cultural presentation would be great.

Loved the beach, pools, and quiet time together. Acqua Gazebo had real gluten-free options for my wife and son—rare to find. Dinner at Tea of Spring was a highlight, with the chef adjusting every dish to their needs. Really appreciated the care.
