The only 2 complaints is that the location had really weak mobile reception, and their wifi was only good if you stepped out of the room (and into the mosquitoes). Also, the neighbours often smoked, and the cigarette smoke would waft into our bathroom.

Very affordable place to stay for a group/family, within 5 minutes walk of Cloud 9. The room was big and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The en-suite toilet was also clean and had heated water. Air conditioning was great, and they provided many hangars to dry your wet clothes. Lastly, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and accommodated our requests like for scooter rental and airport transfer.

The access road from the hostel to the highway, but it is understandable considering that it is still new and when we were there, the road is already under construction. I hope it will be finished as soon as possible since the hostel is really great.

Although the construction of the property access road is still on going. However, I will not take it against the hostel considering that they have exceeded my expectations considering that its price is cheap but the quality of service is great. I am sure in the future that the construction of the access road will be completed. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hostel.

The road leading up to the Sharegao was constantly flooded which made accessing it difficult on scooters

Nothing really except maybe people need to know that the road into the hotel has big potholes that fill with water after the rain so be careful and mindful of that. It's not a real problem as Maria will show you another way to get out to cloud 9.

Maria, staff and family were so lovely. Maria was very helpful with organising our motorbike. They had problems with our air-conditioning in our room, but we were happy as they were very helpful with making us comfortable with fans and even offering another room in the hotel next door, but we declined. Our room was very clean and comfortable and didn't smell of musty mould. Very close to Cloud 9 with a quick 5 minute short cut walk Maria will show you. We would have extended our stay, but they were booked.

The road going to the place. Bumpy and muddy due to rainy season. Giving it as island vibes charm. Difficult if you drive by motorbike but fun part is my child loves it. It was exciting for her everytime we go out. At least,positive mindset.

The friendly staff like Maria and she accomodated us while waiting for our room to be available. She always welcomed us with a smile and island vibes. She helped us also to find Tuktuk ride after check-out. Salamat karajaw! The room is clean and spacious. The water supply is perfect, the toilet doesn't have clogged issue nor the shower. It has own hanging clothes area. Perfect after beach time or surf. Good value for the money.

It was super loud at night as there is a party hostel behind it and super loud in the morning as the staff get up really early.

There's not such a nice hangout or chillout area and the rooms are quite blank, but you can always go to the hostels/hotels in the area as they also welcome non-guests.

It was very clean (room and common kitchen), there were lots of hangers inside and outside the room, which I found very handy. Wifi was good, staff very friendly and helpful.

The path to the place is rough, plenty of holes with water, muddy.. Better to have a motorbike and even with a motorbike is kind of tricky

The dirt road wasn't the nicest, but definitely manageable. Also the wifi was okay if you're just travelling, but as a digital nomad, we had to sometimes leave for better reception.

The staff was great and the room was clean. They helped us organize a van from the airport which was convenient. There are a few cafe's nearby which was really nice.
