Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesTheir guest room, I think they need to repair. Not to much bad but I’m looking their room before, way way back when my first time to stay in this hotel under “Shogun” before, It’s clean and newly repaint their walls.
Free breakfast is the reason why i always stay in Urban travellers and also their ameneties like swimming pool, restaurant, karaoke, pool bar on the roof top of the property. And of course their rate/ night is fair enough which is nice. Good staff as well, if you ask their help they will provide you if they can.

The hotel have resto bar and swimming pool which are relaxing. Overall, we are really satisfied with our stay in the Urban Travellers Hotel.

ItalySometimes i found room not clean (20% of the time) i found the swimming pool not clean or not available (20% of the time) the van was included between airport and hotel when the name was Shogun suite hotel, after the rate become little higher, the van need to pay and the breakfast was less things, but the years pass so it's quite normal
10 years we choose this hotel between the international and domestic flight or for documents need to do in the capital. There is a small mall near and a lot of taxi bus and jeepney so you can go where you want. Even the road have high traffic the room is silent. The room service is cheap and if you are tired for the flight is a good choise
