The breakfast is basic with a choice of eggs, meats and coffee. Mine never felt fresh, more like it was cooked earlier and kept warm. If they improve to a heartier breakfast (juice, breads, and fruit) I think more travelers would be happy to stay here. Also, one should know that there is no lift/elevator in the building. The friendly front desk staff are very happy to carry your suitcase up the several flights of stairs though.

This is a sleek, modern hotel in a convenient location in Kalibo City. I had a double bed room for one person and it was small, but functional, with modern features such as an all tile bathroom with shower, nice vanity, electric kettle, safe, and comfortable bed. The common areas are well appointed and comfortable, perfect to hang out in if you don't want to stay in the room. There were water coolers on each floor which was a nice touch. Also, this is a very convenient location within walking distance to the Cathedral, Pastrana Park, Museo It Akean, as well as two blocks from the City Mall and FUS Mall. Great places to pick up anything you may need and the commuter bus/ van station is just across from City Mall. Local area was full of food market stalls, flower vendors, carinderias, and busier business streets such as Reyes and Roxas Aves. The hotel is on a side street that doesn't see much tricycle traffic but you can get one just one block in any direction.

Room is not soundproof, we can hear all the noise from the corridor, banging doors, chatting of other guests, etc. which disturbed our sleep.

Netflix wasn't working on our last night and no one can fix it. The staff also wasn't very knowledgeable about some services we were asking and doesn't give us complete answers.

1. Since I booked this hotel for 2 rooms for 2 persons via booking.com and we’re travelling for work which is the travel is official. We need documents such Official receipt or invoice but the hotel cannot provide due to price difference from this app to the hotel :( 2. The hotel has very no floor elevation esp in the comfort room which can cause flooding while you’re showering 😅 3. The hotel has toiletries and bath towel but no foot and hand towel.

I like the property for the following reasons; 1. The location is great! Close to banks, restaurants but not too close coz still you can feel peace and away from the crowded places. 2. Air-conditioned room - with super duper nice aircon that you cannot feel the summer at all 😁 3. The hotel is new and still on going construction. There’s a random noise from the construction but not a disturbance at all! 4. Serving a good breakfast!!! 5. 550 additional bed with breakfast for additional adult. Which is super good offer at all!!! 6. Accomodating staff is a PLUS!

Room felt like a prison; no window/s. Staff start working during early morning hours, which can be heard in the rooms all the way from the reception area - loud talking and playing of music (poor sound proofing / thin walls). TV from adjoining room/s also able to be heard. Security safe box was not bolted to the wall and could be carried away! Hotel manager/owner appeared unfriendly; did not greet when passing. No/limited fresh fruit served with breakfast, although found in abundance in the region.

Newly/recently opened hotel. Working air-conditioning and hot water supply.

Front desk receptionist isn’t approachable and looks tired. Soap and shampoo dispensers are empty. No new tissue. No landline to connect you to the front desk, need to go down the stairs just to relay your message or request
