We paid parking fee but there was an illegally parked car on our spot.waited for long maybe an hour to be rectified. So the guard let us parked on a different spot. Dirty shoes are in the cabinet. Bathroom sink is clogged I booked for 4 adults but it was just meant for 2. A stool need to be fixed. Dangerous to sit on it.

Lock for balcony broken, not well cleaned, fridge smelled bad from stains, just did not feel like . Long waiting time for elevators. Checkin took a long time since even if she sent the required dokuments twice they said they did not recive them (junkmail?) so had to do a long process when she got there, but this was not the major thing that let her down. So overall for the money it did not live upp to the expectations.

Bokked for my girlfriend and she experienced the staff friendly, safe area with store inside the gated area. Located close to SM North that has good communications. Poolarea was not used but looked good.

The check in time was 2 pm. We were there at around 2 but no one welcomed us. Turns out bedsheets were needed to be replaced and we waited in the lobby up until 430 pm

No toilet paper or toiletries. Nobody met me in the lobby and the whole process of checking in, waiting for confirmation was too much. The room was not available until 4 pm. The room was prepared last minute so the towels were wet on hangers in the closet ... I needed to contact the owner to be advised to get dry towels from the closet. The bed is very simple and the bed cover very small

Did not provide the required visitor's pass in a timely manner. Host was not responsive when emailed about this. We had to scramble and call/text directly as we had a frail elderly person checking in. Very small condo unit.

Everything since we entered it! The place is infested with cockroaches. The bed linens are stayed with blood or something thats looks like blood so as the pillow cases. No towels provided. The property management never answer calls and messages until after I message them thru booking.com. They never addressed the issues and concerns I texted them to. Not even bother to send someone to clean the room of change the beddings. Literally did not do anything. We could sleep that night coz the cockroaches are running around the living room and the bedroom all the way to the bathroom like its their playground. Its horrible and disgusting. The only time I got the reply was when i actually sent the same message thru booking.com. And they have the nerve to tell us to leave their property after i told them we will stay for the rest of the trip as long as h send someone to clean it but i was told that i have all the rights to complain and leave negative feedback at booking.com but they also have the right to choose who stay in their property. Instead of addressing the problem they basically kicked us out. No alternatives were given like what they claimed to booking.com. We were not given an alternative to stay in a different unit. We were kicked out so i had to cancel all my plans that day to find another hotel to move in. That ruined my schedule and this idiots didnt even care. Of course why would they, they are a big SCAMMER!!! They knew their unit is bug infested but they chose not to clean it thinking- it should be ok. Well NO, its not okay and I wish that booking.com take u off their listings coz you are ruing them. This is the first time I encountered someone who didnt wna be bothered by their customer. They should be doing this business especially at booking.com. I dont want it to happen to anyone elses. It was a nightmare!! This place is garbage!!! I would rate them 0 out of 10. Especially the staff very unprofessional!

the room was a little tight, the sofa was also a little to small for my taste. the unit could have used a biger frig.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like about this room is the tiny sofa bed in the lounge, especially when trying to relax and watch a movie, it’s too low and you keep sliding off. If they had a real sofa to relax on this would be better

- Place is nice and cozy but lacked support when issues arose - Issues during the stay: - Internet was not working for 2 out of 3 days - my partner and I kept getting the "unpaid bill" error message upon connecting to the WiFi during the first day until half of the second day, the other half was that we still had no internet access even if we can connect to the WiFi w/o error (even after troubleshooting) - Electric kettle stopped working after 1 use - Owner responsive during pre-payment, but hard to reach when issues occurred - Point of contact was quick to respond when informed about checking out on the third day but very unresponsive during the first 2 days (she called one time but I was unavailable at that time) - No acknowledgment/response/resolution for the electric kettle issue - Lack of eating utensils (1 spoon, 2 forks, rest are teaspoons) - They had house rules and reminders but lack of instructions for pool service and garbage disposal - Unable to use the pool service last Saturday as admin availability was only until 1pm when we asked the security guard - Unstable 5G internet in the area, which made our staycation plans ruined (we ended up going outside)

The place has a good ambience, and it's just a walking distance to SM North EDSA. With wifi + netflix, what I really like is that it also has kitchen utensils and toiletries. FYI, you need to pay additional for a pool access for only Php150 (if u want to have swimming) and a security deposit for Php1,000 and it's refundable after your stay as long as you didn't violate house rules. Overall, it was a nice stay!
