This was my first time in the Philippines so I don't know if this is the custom. I was surprised that the room did not get cleaned and the towels & bathroom supplies were never replenished during my 6 day stay. It wasn't really a problem but the room needed a sweep after a few days and I asked for toilet paper at the front desk on day 4 or 5.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and had the basics that most people need. Bonuses were a very comfortable bed and breakfast in the ground floor cafe. The natural wood-slab table in the lobby is gorgeous. Although there is no A/C, the fan in my room kept things pleasant. The staff were friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable.

The window view is not that good, not comfortable if your claustrophobic, maybe you need to put some artificial wall plants to make the guest comfortable. 1 channel for the cable TV. your guest just staying for a while for a day, maybe put some more channels. Additional water dispenser for each floor, so we don't need to go down.

The location is quite far from the city, but tolerable for those who have vehicles. The bed are comfortable they Provide a good ventilation by the help of electric fan. Complete toiletries supply. Love the large bed more space for two adult person. Good staff, and very accomodating.

Only problem is the noise from vehicle engines if you open the sliding windows. Unfortunately windows need to be opened for ventilation coz there's no AC. Also no elevator making it very difficult for someone with disabilities. Overall still a great place.

Great location with 7/11 Store nearby. Excellent parking, friendly accomodating staff.

Nice and new, needs a lot of improvement. The lobby is a bit too dark and although the hotel is located along the main road, its a bit hard to find if youre not familiar with the area because the sign is hidden and no light. No aircon and ref in the room but they have a water dispenser in the hallway. Cash basis only, no credit cards. Even if you book through Agoda or booking.com, you have to pay cash at the property. There's a 7-11 in the ground floor. Overall, this is enough if you're only looking for a place to sleep in.

The bathroom was nice but the holder for the toilet paper was a little too far from the toilet itself. The location was a little far from town but it wasn't that much of a hassle. Other than that everything was nice and worth the price.

The room had a really nice ambiance. It was clean and the staff waa accomodating and very easy to communicate with. Everything was up to our standards and we really enjoyed our stay.

No signal. You need to go outside the building just to restore your connection. Our room can't connect to wifi. Vincent was able to help us out with our wifi connection but unfortunately it was ohr last night there. Flow of water from the shower is not strong. There's a lot of improvement needed for this Inn but one thing I like the most if there staff.

The staffs are exceptional! They are so friendly and very professional. Kudos to Vincent who took care of us while there's a rotational brownout in the area.

Mom said, "the floor was dirty in a way their feet became dirty after walking barefoot on the floor." I think the floor needs mopping down everyday.

I didn't stay here but I booked a family room for my mom, sister, brothers, nieces and nephew. According to my mom the room is spacious and beds are comfortable.

No online payment facilities for card, they only accept cash and GCash. During Sundays, housekeeping is off so you can't get assistance to clean. Common water dispensers were not filled early in the morning when coffee or hot drinks are badly needed.

I like how accessible the inn was and how accommodating the staff are to answer any questions related to our stay. Rooms are fairly new and nicely designed.

The location is too far from frequented areas. I don't think I have seen any security guards specifically assigned to guard the hotel. There are no security checks going in and out.

The facilities are quite new. It's clean and the rooms are very spacious. Staff are also all very friendly. There is also a laundromat and a convenience store downstairs.
