A path from main road to the hotel was slippery during rains.

The property is kinda old and needs a renovation. The AC is really loud which has been mentioned in the other reviews.

The location is perfect for relaxation not too crowded and it’s right by the beach. The staffs are exceptionally accommodating except for the one guy that works at the front desk at night. The breakfast is good as well.

The toilet kinda smell bad even if its sooo clean!!! Maybe the sewerage in the area is the problem?

Everything was perfect, away from the busy crowded area and very clean. The only thing that I worried was that the walls didn’t seem to be sound proof and maybe an issue for some couples who want to spend a personal time. We felt a little guilty for our neighbours.

Cozy and well-kept. Super kind and professional staff. The staff let us stay in the common area before check-in time when we couldn’t keep our eyes open after 5am flight from Manila to Palawan. They also let us in the room much earlier than usual check-in time. We are forevermore grateful for their kindness.

The room is advertised as ocean view, but it’s not possible to leave the door open because the balcony is shared and accessible to all guests.

The staff are incredibly helpful, the room is very clean, breakfast is great, and the location is just two minutes from where the tours depart.

At the beach and great location in between Las Cabanas & El Nido Town, great breakfast - we stayed there for two non-consecutive nights and the room downstairs was better than the room upstairs (great view and fridge in the room)

Great location on beach, not a beach really for swimming or sunbathing, lots of boats and not clear water but lovely walk along and several bars and restaurants. Highly recommend pizza a few minutes walk from Sophia’s Also only 15 minute walk into town centre and short tricycle trips to beautiful beaches Good breakfast with efficient service Friendly and helpful reception will arrange tours and transfers as well as stocking cold drinks and snacks

It was right on the beach. Loved the breakfast view from the balcony! 8 different choices for breakfast to choose from. Really good staff! Very helpful and could organise tours. Close to the boat tours. You could walk along the beach to several bars and nice restaurants. Good scooters for rent for only 500 pesos a day. Big clean room, with zero mosquitos in it. A bit away from town, with just a busy road behind it. But you couldn’t hear the road from the hotel, and easy to get a trike into town for 100 pesos. We preferred the location to staying in town anyway. Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss and it was a bit expensive, but those two things seem to apply to many places in El Nido. Do not use the closest laundry place! They ruined our clothes, so do your research and go to one with good reviews instead of choosing the one closest to the hotel.

Can't think of anything. Although there was no restaurant or bar provided for meals at night, there was an abundance of bars and cafes a short walk along the beach.

Fantastic location right on the beach (a couple of meters to the sea). Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable room with ensuite shower and toilet. Decent choices of European or Filipino breakfast. Friendly bar next door. The whole place had an air of relaxation.

The reasons you would consider staying here are affordability and location. Note that you are travelling here not to stay in your room but to explore what Tour A, B, C or D offers and not to take photos of your room (if that's what you're looking for, you will have to pay way more than what you're paying here). The house is located near the shore and all tours start within a walkable distance from the guest house. No need to call transportation. I won't lie to you, their room needs a serious renovation but what they lack in renovation, they make up for excellent customer service. You don't have to book your tours in Klook. They can all do that for you and you can even cancel it if you change your mind. This would have been 10/10 if not for the room that I mentioned that needs some renovation.

There was a bit of a pricing malfunction dispute between the property/ booking.com/ genius discount that I annoyingly had to deal with, but customer service made it all better. Not sure who's fault it was... likely not the property

The staff was great, breakfast great, location excellent, can rent a kayak and do a short paddle to the best beaches around, motor bike rental right next to it, a pleasure to stay here and would stay again. Cant swim out in front. Has a great beach swing and short walk to tons of restaurants and its right next to where island tours pick everyone up.
