Currently the roads to the place are under construction so it was kinda hard and took awhile to get to the place. Perhaps in the near future tho, it will gain easy access.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was free. You have oatmeal, bread, tea or coffee options. I love the vibe here. Very comfortable and cozy.

It is really far away from the port. There are no shops or fast food restaurants around.

Spacious room, satisfying oatmeal breakfast with lots of toppings! big lockers, ensuite, kettle bells for a workout, great seating area and kitchen. Staff was extremely helpful in helping me plan my next legs...especially Andrei. Thks Dude, you were super great to chit chat with.

Communal area was quite warm. Would be nice if they had a recommendation list for the area e.g. food or things to do. Would recommend getting a bike to get around otherwise you need a tricycle.

The locks to the room we rented were under repair at the time and although we were alone in the room throughout our stay, we weren’t immediately aware that booking was for bed space and not the entire room so if sufficient guests had checked in at the time then we’d have to share

I was the only one staying there (low season) but it was also an extra luxury if you look at it differently. My ferry got delayed for 7 hours and even tho I communicated this I arrived in front of a closed door. I had to wait 30 min at 1am till someone came to open the door. They locked everything because there was nobody staying there except me. So maybe at least leave the gate open so someone can ring the doorbel.

Nice rooms, kind staff, good shower, nice chill area. Location a bit out of the busy town so if you have a motorbike it's the best.

I was there all alone so not very social for a solo traveler. The hostel was quite far from the rest of the city. A lot of ants in the kitchen and in the breakfast (yes, IN the breakfast). Staff was listening to loud music until very late in the night which could easily be heard in the room - had to ask them to turn it down a bit.

This is not the fault of the hostel but there are (very) loud dogs on the street. Prepare good ear plugs.

The staff is super nice and helpful, the breakfast is good and you can use the kitchen. It’s very clean as well. Toilet paper is provided but no free towel.

If the dorm is fully occupied, then one ensuite (combined shower and toilet) means waiting. I don't mind waiting for a shower (and it has hot water no less), but waiting for the toilet is not fun. The other disadvantage of this hostel is its location - you must walk down to the main road to pick up any tricycle, habal-habal, taxi or jeepney to go to the city or port. There aren't any dining options near the hostel either but they do have groceries you can purchase if you want to do that.

This is definitely a secure hostel with keycard access to its entrance and to your room. Inside the room, there are lockers too but not all of them are usable. The hostel appears to be a conversion of someone's home, so there is a lounge and dining area for meeting other travellers and a really good kitchen. The 8 bed dorms must have been bedrooms with ensuite. The free breakfast is coffee with toast & jam, bananas, nuts, oats and sultanas - you can have as much as you like, then wash up your dishes. The beds are comfy zones with privacy curtain, light, power outlet and 3 hooks for hanging you clothes. The room is of course air conditioned. The staff are lovely and organised a great day tour for me at an excellent price. If it wasn't for the location and shortage of toilets, I'd give this hostel 10/10.

pretty much everything is great , from the facilities to the people, a really lovely place to stay in Tagbilaran to enjoy more Bohol and it’s in-lands would recommend without hesitation
