We booked four rooms. In our room (402), the bed was not comfortable, possibly because it is old. In room 406, the floor becomes slippery for some reason.

My family and I loved the breakfast. It became our bonding time every morning while we were there.

Generally very comfortable and breakfast was great. What was unique was this: I fell while running and when I asked for some anti-septic, they arranged for a medic to treat me in a room across from the reception?!! 😊

We booked three rooms in total. One of the rooms had an odd smell in the bathroom. Also one of the bed sheets in the same room had a really strong detergent smell which made it uncomfortable for one member in our party who has asthma.

Staff and their service were excellent. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Also great that there is an on-site restaurant especially at night.

The room is missing some basic items or amenities like wash clothes or face towels. The front desk only provided 1 room key as they said they run out of the key card. The vanity mirror’s lighting is “off-focused” as you can’t see your face that much as the shadow causes obstruction on the lighting. No toiler paper holder. No full length mirror. The breakfast buffet was good but the soup was so cold and they run out of coffee but was able to provide upon request. They charge extra charge for a child even 6 yo or younger.

The location is perfect as it is in the heart of the city wherein you can walk easy to the malls.

when we checked in with my daughter, the staff/receptionist is not smiling. She must be the one to smile because its the first area to be getting in touch with the customer. Anyway, our overall stay was good, the other room was used after 5pm only. We also checked out before 11AM for work reasons. Thank you all the guards and the one who assisted us in waiting for our grab. Thank you kuya and hoping that you will not change your treatment to all your customers. Thank you Hotel St Ellis for the extra good treatment. P.S. Kindly check your INFO about the "no. of room or no. of beds"? I was puzzled about it. God Bless everyone!

It could have been better if the hotel can give a discounted rate for staff and participants who will choose to stay at the hotel even for an overnight stay.

The school event was held in one of its halls. It was so convenient to stay at the hotel to save time.

Nice staff, the breakfast is tasty, reception staff is very accommodating. The driver took us in the airport is nice enough to stop over on the side of the road to see the mayon volcano in its full beauty.

Shower lay out needs improvement , no bathroom mat after you take a shower the floor is so wet .

My room doesn't have a good window view. My view is another building. Also, there were just yellow lights. I hope there's just one bright light at the center especially when the window view doesn't give natural lighting.

The bed is comfy. There's a safety box, a television, refrigerator, and a space to do my writings. The reception area is beautiful. There's a piano you can play freely. I like also that they have variety of food choices on breakfast.

The bathroom toilet needs improvement and upgrade. The water pressure is slow and can't flush the toilet consecutively. The shower floor is very sticky and needs more scrubbing including the shower head. The cleaning people should pay more attention to the details and cleanliness of the place. It also needs usb cable connectivity for the gadgets. It also helps if there is 110 volts adaptors to accomodate international clients.

The staffs were friendly and anticipated our needs. They were very attentive and prompt.
