Regarding the dog, we’d like to clarify that he is very well-trained and only barks when unfamiliar individuals are near the property as a way of alerting us. He is typically quiet and friendly, especially with guests. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, and we’re sorry if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. As for the situation with the money changer (Palawan Express), we only reached out to you because their staff personally contacted us, asking for help in letting you know about the excess amount they accidentally gave you. It would have been best if the issue had been addressed right away when the money was counted and the excess noticed. We approached you kindly, friendly and professionally, simply to assist both parties. We believe that honesty and clear communication are very important, and we were only trying to help resolve the situation in a fair way.
