The apartment was well located, quite spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Not only do you have an exceptional view but the beach is literally 10m away. There is a restaurant downstairs with an extensive menu and there are several more within leasurely walking distance. There are also several convenience stores and supermarkets close by. I would gladly recommend it to anyone and will certainly go back myself.

Unfortunately when i visited (and of March), the beach was disgusting, full of green algae that smell horrible Couldn’t get into the water Couldn’t walk along the beach I know its not the hotel problem, but nobody cared to clean/remove them

Beautiful room in beautiful location. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond every day. The room was wow. Amazing balcony. Very spacious room. Absolutely lovely. The restaurant downstairs is charming. Lovely staff and great menu. The beach is stunning. Away from Stations 1 and 2.overly and quiet but you can walk to the lovely areas if you want. Groceries close by. We moved here from a sub standard hotel and were delighted we did. Definitely recommend.

the room was very spacious and clean! the location is quiet and away from the crowds, but is still accessible. It's a half an hour walk by the beach to station 2 downtown. the beach is right outside, and is so clean and perfect. Super worth

It’s located in the quiet part of the beach, which we loved. The best part about the studio was the EXCEPTIONAL balcony. We could enjoy the sunset in the comfortable chairs and waking up to the view of the sea, beach and palm trees can hardly be beat by anything. It’s located right at the beach and you don’t even need to stay on it. You can literally chill on the balcony, go for a a swim and go back to it.

Great location in a quiet area of White beach with yet a good access for the infrastructure. Personnel were super nice and really helpful. A spacious and stylish studio with a nice balcony with a view on magnificent sunsets. We were also offered welcome drinks upon arrival.

Nothing. Some may find the distance from the touristy parts inconvenient but we felt this was a big plus.

Superb location, attentive staff, very spacious accommodation, on the beach, relaxed atmosphere. Good vibe and no sense that rules governed your stay. Minor mishap with the plumbing that could have been a disaster was managed superbly with minimum interruption. Felt very relaxed, what more could one want? Shout out to local restaurants Bistro des amis and Congas. Housekeeping was superb.

Location, was great, Shervin who is looking after the studios was very helpfull and pleasant. I would realy recomend this property. A bit away from crouwded places but not to far when yiu want to get something great to eat.

Felt it was a little tired, in need of some maintenance. over head fan only 1 speed - slow, makeup mirror not working, towel rail loose, shower fitting loose. lights over main mirror replaced only after requested it. for the price felt this should all have been attended to before checking in. restaurant below not opening until 10:00 am.

It was terrible value for money. The highest price hotel on the strip, which set a level of expectation of high quality, which was just not the case. There were no breakfast options at all. The room was above a very rough looking bar. The reception area was equally shabby. The requested clothing iron was broken and didn't even come with an ironing board. The shampoo (etc.) were basic and expected at a much cheaper hotel. The decor was not high end (but it was ok). If you pay top prices, you expect the best quality. We managed to make a nice stay, but we felt ripped off from the moment we arrived.

It was a large room, at the quieter end of the strip. The room was large and on the beach front.

They don’t accept cards, but honestly 90% of Boracay places accept only cash. Beach is not private, but in the same time there no private beaches there. No pool and no hotel infrastructure, because it’s more apartments / studios, rather than hotel.

It’s large, great balcony and ocean view. Owners are super friendly and ready to help. There’s not many people at the beach, so it’s clean and cozy.
