Central location, lots of restaurants nearby and surrounding area ! There is a small kiosk in the hotel with the necessary ! Air conditioning! Good wifi ! And have all the bathroom items you need ❣️The most important thing is the bed is big and cozy ! Highly recommended and one of the 3 hotels in Surigao city that I personally Can and would recommend!

Oddly enough my stay in Surigao was a highlight of my trip. Loved this recently renovated hotel right in the center of town. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and offers nice breakfast options. The chef was so kind to serve me extra pancakes! Going around town as a westerner was an unforgettable experience. The people were so kind, and loved being photographed.

When having a shower the water ran out . I was totally covered in soap one off the hotel cleaner was in the Next room he came and checked all the water taps 10 minutes after he left the shower water came on I finished my shower turned the shower off went out for dinner came back and the room was flooded half the rooms on floor had water damage we where leaving the me next morning my partner went into her case to find the clothes were wet we give the hotel some of the clothes to dry which they did we had decided just to take certain clothes and leave the suitcase rest of the clothes at the lobby to be picked up why waiting for the clothes to be dryed we went for breakfast. When we got the clothes back we went to checkout i went to settle my bill and the lady at the counter said to me they no extra charges it's all covered I said thankyou and asked could I leave the bag in office to get the wet case picked up there said yes no problem I said thankyou and good bye and we left later a friend went to pick up the suitcase only to be told they was 600 outstanding for breakfast and the case is the property of the hotel until the bill is paid we got a text from our friend I said we will phone the hotel up when we get to our next hotel.

No tea bags, sink pipes dripping. Only 1 key card, when you leave the room the other person stays in the dark because you need it for the lift. Tiny garage where to remove the car all the other blocking cars have to be moved out and back in the garage.

New hotel, everything worked but the city does suffer water supply problems Great TV and system used, quite logical. Best I've had in 3 months of Asia travel Nice bed etc, stayed here twice Staff good even though I was a late night attendee after ferry late

Good staff, they don't bother you and when you need them they are happy to help. Good shower. Free water. Central located. Cheap and fast airport transfer.

We can only use our passkey on the same floor where we were assigned to stay. This is for safety reasons, but it was very inconvenient for some members of our family and relatives that are assigned to a different floor.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is good.
